Bon rapport qualité prix
Points positifs : Grand appartement, bien situé. A proximité du bon marché, de la Gare Montparnasse. Literie confortable, deco sympathique, situé au 1er étage , vue sur rue, mais chambres côté cours donc pas de nuisance.
Points négatifs : Seul bémol qui a son importance, il persiste une odeur désagréable dans l’appartement, ainsi qu’un voile de fumée à certains moments. Il doit s’agir de l’aération provenant du restaurant en dessous…. Pas d’autre explication !

Un nid douillet chaleureux et bien placé
Points positifs : Un appartement vraiment très confortable, une équipe de ménage très compétente et sympathique Les lits sont vraiment confortables La salle de bain est suffisamment vaste, surtout la douche. C’était très confortable de trouver sur place et serviettes de toilettes et les lits fait Le tout est installé avec goût, très bien chauffé et impeccable Enfin lorsqu’on rentre dans le hall derrière la grande porte de la rue. C’est un très joli environnement de verdure légèrement boisée. La cuisine est très complète Nous venions pour l’opération de ma fille, l’hôpital Necker, est à moins de 5 minutes Ce fut une halte vraiment agréable qui nous permettait de nous reposer et nous détendre Merci beaucoup Nous reviendrons

Points positifs : Everything was wonderful, the house is beautiful and welcoming. Everything was very clean, as were the linens and towels. The host was very responsive and very helpful. Very quick response. I will be back.

Wonderful stay in Paris !
Points positifs : Convenient location to metro and supermarkets. The hosts were extremely accommodating in allowing an early check in.
Points négatifs : No cleaning service in the week.

Points positifs : A lot of plusses; Perfect location, perfect size apartment, two quiet bedrooms, nice beds, perfect shower, easy one stairs up, no ‘climb’ as so often in Paris. Nice courtyard.
Points négatifs : Some minor things; lots of codes on arrival day, key code didn’t work following the instructions. Arrival time is way too late (17:00) No host, no personal meeting, everything is programmed in codes and times. Fishy smell in the house from the neighbors’ seafood shop, but that’s Paris. As are the squeaky wooden floors. Easy fix: the living room lights are terrible, the brightest, un-comfy white led light possible. By changing all the lightbulbs to a softer tone, it could become a much warmer, relaxing place. Maybe making it more personal too, not the basic IKEA touch, but add some not so standard (special vintage) items and art instead of mirrors. As a designer I’m willing to give some free advice in redecorating.

Good value apartment in a great location.
Points positifs : Lovely entrance & courtyard. Easy, but secure access. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Good value.
Points négatifs : Perhaps more attention to detail .. broken lightbulbs need replacing, light shade kept falling off base, couldn’t get TV to work, dispose of previous guests food items. These are minor issues … overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Honest flat with quiet sleep in perfect location
Points positifs : Location is perfect. Bedrooms facing internal court are quiet ! The flat has enough space considering the standard of Parisian flats Cleanliness of linen and bath towel . Kitchen equipment. VEry good and prompt comunication with host
Points négatifs : There were some works to be done that didn't really affect us and the host will look into them. Even if it has been renewed it may be refreshed just changing some pieces.
