Petit appartement bien équipé en plein cœur de Paris

Points positifs : L emplacement La vue sur Paris depuis les fenêtres de toit Le filet de l étage

Points négatifs : Le canapé lit n est pas très confortable mais le lit est très bien donc attention si 4 personnes

Points positifs : Très agréable petit appartement avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et les toits de Paris. Les équipements très correcte

Points négatifs : L’ascenseur était en panne donc 6 étages sans ascenseur compliqué. Et le ménage mériterais un peu plus de soin car le dessus du frigo était très poussiéreux (à hauteur d’homme) la vaisselle pas très propre et certains draps taché donc peut être revoir ça avec la femme de ménage

A great time in Paris!

Points positifs : Great location from Gare du Nord. The property is well secured and we felt safe. With only 3 of us for a couple of nights, we had everything we needed. Our son has multiple allergies, so having an equipped kitchen is really important. The apartment was comfortable and the mesh/rope area was great fun! The view of the city and especially the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Our host was very helpful and contacted us well ahead of our stay.

Points négatifs : Not really a negative, but an oven was advertised; there is a microwave and an air fryer. The air fryer was fun to use and once we got the hang of it, worked well. We couldn’t find any instructions for the appliances at the property, so looked online.

Points positifs : Amazing location conveniently near the Gare du Nord station for whom travels by Eurostar.

Points négatifs : Well maintained and equipped for short or long trips to Paris. Property has few interesting features such as rooftop windows with Eiffel Tower views and hammock bed.

Points positifs : This is the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in! everything went well, nice host, the apartment is not big but everything you need is there. beautiful view from the window!

Points négatifs : not the best location, it's not very cozy outside in the evening. and if you find it difficult to fall asleep, then the light bulbs of some appliances in the apartment may interfere
