Points positifs : Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé. Très bien placé : 2min à pied de la gare du Nord. Le petit plus était le fauteuil massant. La personne à contacter était facilement joignable et sympathique. Si jamais nous devons revenir je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cet appartement et même à le conseiller.

Points négatifs : Manque juste la notice d'utilisation pour la télévision.

An enjoyable stay with family.

Points positifs : A very spacious apartment that suited our needs as a family with 3 bedrooms two toilets and three showers,fully functional kitchen.The metro is a 2 minute walk away and shops and restaurants all close by.

Points positifs : The apartment was bigger than anticipated and it was great to have the space, even families need some :-) Very clean, and the central location provided a great base.

Points négatifs : We had a but if confusion getting the keys but sorted out and didn't impact our trip too much

Great location, good amenities and hospitable host

Points positifs : Our stay in Paris was a good experience. The apartment was spacious and clean with many amenities and lovely decorations. Owner was also friendly and helpful when we had questions. The host was gracious and hospitable providing welcome kits for toiletries and dishwashing needs. Host allowed us to extend our stay as our train was later. There is a Nespresso machine and a massage armchair as well!! Would highly recommend the stay. Excellent location. Five mins walk to Gare Du Nord train station to catch the Eurostar train.

Points négatifs : The washing machine didn’t work unfortunately.

Points négatifs : The front door to the apartment is not easy to open with the key. I struggled a couple of times trying to open.

Spacious appartement in great location

Points positifs : Spacious , comfortable, beautiful apartment. Excellent location. literally a 5 minute walk to Gare du Nord station and métro. Near to good restaurants and nice bars and cafes. Great value for money . Well equipped kitchen , choice of 2 dining areas Great to have ensuite shower rooms .

Points négatifs : One WC , just a warning really ,as it’s obviously age of building and restrictions of plumbing. Twin bedroom is really a single room , with a day bed . When bottom mattress is pulled out , almost impossible to walk around . Only really suitable for children. Slats under top mattress are broken . Had to phone for keypad code to get back into appartement. Make sure to ask for it .
