Emplacement idéal, au calme, très bien équipé et surtout très silencieux.
Points positifs : Logement très agréable, spacieux, très bien décoré et très bien équipé. La propreté est irréprochable. Les équipements du logement sont un plus, machine à laver le linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pains ainsi que toute la vaisselle nécessaire y sont présents. C'est un plus non négligeable ! La situation géographique est idéale, Métro et bus à 1 minute à pied, plein de commerces aux alentours et surtout, le logement est situé dans une rue très peu empruntée, donc au calme. La chambre est située à l'arrière du logement, où se situe une cour intérieure et donc très silencieux. Je recommande vivement !
Points négatifs : La façade du lave vaisselle ne permet pas l'ouverture complète de celui-ci.

Points positifs : Le quartier, l’appartement en lui même, très accueillant, literies confortables, bien équipé, lumineux.
Points négatifs : Un peu de bruit le soir car situé en RDC. Impossible d’ouvrir le lave vaisselle entièrement car une plinthe gêne l’ouverture.

Exceptionally gorgeous apartment, wonderful location, with everything you need on the doorstep.
Points positifs : The apartment was excellent, straightforward, stylish and really pleasant to stay in. Great linens and towels, hot shower, great kitchen equipment. The location was a wonderful surprise, so many great shops, restaurants, local market and interesting things to go and see (churches, roman amphitheater). Also really well located to the metro - would definitely book again.
Points négatifs : There was some initial confusion with the agents system being hacked, which was very worrying. But once we were there, communication was great.

Все идеально , не вижу смысла придумывать 😅
Points positifs : Объект размещен в отличном месте, в шаговой доступности Пантеон / Нотрдам де Пари, парк и прекрасные кафе/ рестораны. Немаловажно что есть рядом, в 5 минутах Супермаркет👍прекрасный персонал . Сопровождали нас до поездки и во время пребывания ❤️🌹мы обязательно хотели вернуться сюда снова 👍

Great location.
Points positifs : Great location. Metro, bus, market, drug store, groceries, bars and restaurants all within a few blocks. Instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. We found property clean and in order. Communication with property management was easy and quick. Although it is located on the ground floor and we could hear people coming and going during the day, it was very quiet at night.
Points négatifs : As with many of properties in France no A/C. It was hot in Paris while we were there. There may be water leaking in the bedroom. We heard water dripping behind the wall during a thunderstorm.

Points positifs : Semplicemente perfetto! Consigliatissimo a nuclei familiari di 4.. Nonostante il piano terra, l'appartamento risulta silenzioso e sicuro. Posizione eccezionale per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Comunicazion con staff impeccabile.

Points positifs : Gostamos muito do espaço! Por mais que seja na rua nos sentimos muito seguras. O apartamento estava tudo limpo, roupa de cama excelente, muito bem equipado, chuveiro excelente e com ótima localização do lado de uma estação de trem! Recomendo

Buen lugar
Points positifs : La ubicación excelente. Buen equipamiento. Todo lo necesario. Y muy cómodo.
Points négatifs : Las almohadas no olían muy bien. Puede ser complicado entrar tuve que hablar para que nos ayudarán ya que las instrucciones no fueron lo suficientemente claras.
