Logement fonctionnel et très bien situé

Points positifs : Appartement mignon et fonctionnel pour une nuit en déplacement sur Paris - très bien situé, quartier sympa. Bien agencé et décoration agréable. Très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire Livret d’accueil très complet, c’est vraiment top !! Bonnes informations pour l’entrée dans le logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Points positifs : L'emplacement dans le quartier. L'appartement était fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : Un petit manque de place pour poser les affaires de toilette dans la salle d'eau et pour les valises, sacs et autres dans le salon et la chambre quand on est 4.

Points positifs : Very modern and clean property in a fantastic location, close to main sights. Metro station only 80 meters away. The property had everything required to make our stay comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to everyone interested in a spacious, modern and clean place to stay, giving the chance to even walk to many points of interest.

Comfort and convenience in the 5th arrondissement

Points positifs : Great, cosy little flat in an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from Rue Mouffetard and around the corner from Place Monge, right by the Metro - an extremely convenient base for visiting the city. We loved the neighbourhood, lots of good bakeries, cafés etc. Nicely decorated (especially the bathroom) and well equipped. Very quiet in the main bedroom, which has a comfortable mattress. The host Jean-Philippe communicated with us and responded to any queries promptly.

Points négatifs : It's a ground-floor flat that opens right onto the street - as we were a family of 4, two of us used the sofa bed and it was a bit noisy in the mornings. Only one small window opens, which wasn't a big problem for us but I imagine it might get very hot in the summer (we stayed in October, so we didn't need the fans provided).

Convenient

Points positifs : Great location. Plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The station is also very close which makes it easy to travel to anywhere. We didn't meet the host but once we completed the booking, we received a detailed email on everything we needed to know. We also communicated by text and the host was quick to respond and friendly. The apartment is well equipped and clean.

Points négatifs : It can get bit stuffy inside as there are no windows to open for fresh air except from the main door entrance. There is a fan provided though. It can get a bit noisy with the apartment being right by a busy street on the ground floor.
