Points négatifs : Seul petit souci, visiblement ponctuel, le lave vaisselle doit-être remplacé.

Points positifs : L espace de l’appartement , son équipement , sa petite terrasse extérieure

Points négatifs : L ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas entre le 1. Étage et le 3 étage

Points positifs : Fabulous apartment in fabulous location. A lot bigger than we thought. Beds were super comfy.

Points négatifs : Nothing at all.

Lovely apartment, amazing location, very spacious

Points positifs : The gentleman Christoph in the bar downstairs helped us check-in and out and was an absolute delight. He helped me turn on the heaters when we first arrived (it was very cold) and brought us an extra heater (and a hot chocolate!) from the bar to warm up the place quickly. The apartment is in an amazing location within walking distance to lots of sights, shopping and the metro. It is very spacious and the layout works well. There is a massive and well-equipped kitchen which would be amazing to eat together in, and the showers are spacious with good water pressure.

Points négatifs : There is an elevator shaft actually inside the apartment which connects to the bar downstairs and further down to the outside which seems to be used as a service/trash elevator. There is no lock on the door to it, so it feels a bit weird to know that someone could in theory come up from downstairs and enter the apartment freely via the elevator. I would suggest to the owners to put a lock on the door so it's more secure for guests (also very important if there are children staying there).

Points positifs : What a great place, the location in the hart of Paris, the nice crew in the restaurant and the space of the loft. We are a family of 5 and the place was very spacious for us!! All in all a truly unforgetable citytrip.

Points positifs : Great central location, lots of stairs but very large comfortable apartment with everything you needed, comfy beds and clean

Points négatifs : A few bedside lamps would be an added bonus

A great central location with good space and light.

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious, light, quiet and comfortable. The bar/restaurant below is a big plus as good food if you want an easy meal and all the staff were very welcoming. Stylish decor and well appointed kitchen was appreciated but didn’t get to use much as out sightseeing.

Points négatifs : The flights of stairs up are wide and not steep but still could be quite a challenge for those less mobile.

Quirky Parisian experience - it was perfect.

Points positifs : The apartment was fantastic. It seemed a bit of an odd layout but it actually worked really well. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Points négatifs : Lots of stairs up to the apartment - not suitable for the very unfit or pushchairs etc. That did not affect our stay though, we loved it.

Points positifs : The location is great . The size of the apartment. Staff was also very helpful.

Points négatifs : The wifi was only accessible in part of the apartment.
