Points positifs : La situation centrale, près du cœur de Paris. La propreté impeccable des lieux. L’originalité de l’immeuble. Tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. La décoration parfaite, de bon goût.
Points négatifs : Le canapé lit, un peu trop mou, sans doute un peu malmené par les nombreuses utilisations ! L’éclairage mural au-dessus du lit trop agressif.

Points positifs : Emplacement, propreté, confort du lit, chauffage top, équipement de qualité. Spacieux pour un studio a Paris. Accès original mais c'est ok.
Points négatifs : Pour accéder à l'appartement il n'y a pas de clefs, c'est un code exterieur a la porte qui permet de l'ouvrir. Mais du coup une fois à l'intérieur, toute personne qui a le code peut entrer.

Great for a short stay in Paris for one or two people
Points positifs : Good location. Similar to pictures. No aircon but had a fan and heater. Washing machine also very useful for multilegged trips with ironing board, clothes rack.
Points négatifs : Sofa bed was fine but not very comfortable.

The apartment is good, but not the street
Points positifs : The apartment is nice, but be ready that it's a sofa bed, which is not comfortable. The room is small. Bed lining was very good, there were all the facilities like shampoo and etc, the apartment is well equipped. Location is good and bad at the same time. Firstly the street was very dirty, and there was a construction site in the same building, the noise was terrible. But contrariwise the apartment is very close to Notre Dame de Paris, about 10 min walk.
Points négatifs : Very dirty street, the noise from construction site was just terrible. When you close the window to avoid the noise, it's very stuffy.

Lovely apartment!
Points positifs : We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The apartment is clean, modernly renovated. The equipment was very sufficient. The biggest advantage of the apartment is its location, within walking distance of Notre Dame or the Louvre Museum. Although the apartment is located on a fairly busy street, it is situated in a courtyard, so no noise was heard. The street is full of cafes and restaurants or shops.
Points négatifs : There is no bed in the apartment but there is a sofa bed. The sofa is comfortable, unfortunately it creaks when moving. It can wake people with poor sleep at night. But if you are a heavy sleeper, it's not something you can't handle.

Excellent location, perfect for a couple!
Points positifs : Very nice location, walking distance to almost everything central basically, a lot of cafés & restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nice shower, we didn't use the kitchen, but it looked fine. No keys were given, but calling on the intercom to get into the building worked pretty smoothly every time. Overall very pleased with our stay, would very much recommend it, perfect for a couple!

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in incredible location! Clean and the sofa bed is super comfy! Also there was a world adaptor which was brilliant!! Amazing, I will definitely be back when in Paris!

Wonderful location. Clean, bright and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
Points positifs : Great location. Easy to get to the Metro and around town. Clean, bright and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are one or two people. We would stay here again next time!
Points négatifs : No air conditioning. Unfortunately when we were there they had a heat wave and it was quite warm in the room. They did provide a fan though.
