Points positifs : L’emplacement est parfait, à côté du métro, plusieurs établissements à pied: boulangerie, restaurant, petit supermarché. Déco est mignonne. L’hôte très agréable quand je les ai sollicité pour avoir des précisions afin de récupérer la clé. Seul bémol, il fait vraiment très très chaud à l’appartement, il y avait des ventilateurs à notre disposition, l’hôte nous en a proposé d’autres, mais à la fin option de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, c’était bien et franchement, on n’entend absolument rien.

Points négatifs : Il faisait très très chaud à l’appartement, malgré les ventilateurs à notre disposition. Option de dormir aussi avec les fenêtres ouvertes, mais c’était calme!

Points positifs : Le calme, on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue. Appartement bien situé, dans une rue avec des restaurants et une excellente boulangerie ( pratique)

Points négatifs : La porte de la douche ferme mal, la lunette des toilettes est à revisser ou à changer. L'ensemble de l'appartement mérite quelques travaux de rénovation. Le sol n'était pas propre, ni la petite table basse. La machine à café est bruyante et fonctionne mal.

The location was very good as the metro station was near and very safe area.

Points positifs : Location was very good. Hosts are very polite and answer very fast. They left coffee for us for the first day only though, and you can find everything in the kitchen if you need to cook. There were also complimentary toiletries in the room.

Points négatifs : The coach bed was not comfortable, need to be changed. The toilet very small and some things to be fixed. I didn't use the lift as it was very small and took the stairs which were very old.

A fantastic, quiet getaway in the heart of the city.

Points positifs : We loved the central location (close to the metro and buses), the amount of eateries and shops within a 1-minute walk, the amenities, and the quietness.

Points négatifs : We slept on the sofa bed, but it was too uncomfortable for us.

Excellent location

Points positifs : The apartment was small but located in the middle of Montmartre. We appreciated the location so much. It is close to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur and there are many restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby. Bed and sleeping sofa were very comfortable and the apartment offered everything we needed. It was located on the third floor, but there was a small elevator available. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!

Points négatifs : Non poter avere un contatto telefonico con il gestore. Trovato nella lavatrice un asciugamano sporco e un calzino. Mancanza di una tovaglia da mettere sul tavolo per la colazione e cena. Spugna da cucina vecchia e usata e poco detersivo per piatti.
