Points positifs : L'emplacement, proche du métro et de la place Clichy avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Les indications claires pour l'accès à l'appartement. La literie confortable.

Points négatifs : Certains équipements mériteraient d'être rafraîchis (canapé...) et peu de pression dans la douche.

Nice little apartment for few days stay

Points positifs : Great location, buses and metro within couple of minutes walk, a lot of the buses are direct to the most popular spots in Paris. Delicious bakery just at the end of the road and loads of restaurants everywhere. Auchan very close by if you need any groceries. Apartmen is just big enough for a family of 4, there was cot, fans for hotter days- which we used, washing machine and drying rack for laundry (we travelled light so it was essential for us), plenty of storage, coffee machine, hair dryer. Good value and well equipped place.

Points négatifs : Can be a bit noisy in the evenings as place is above restaurants.

The apartment has a great location for exploring Paris. Perfect for a family or a couple.

Points positifs : Great location. Very close to a metro station where two metro lines (2 and 13) intersect, great connection. Also, placed in a very nice street with a lot of restaurants and bars, not noisy though.

Points négatifs : The only downside was that you have to go to the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Great place for stay

Points positifs : Awesome location, host and apartment. There is a comfortable bed, and everything is needed for a long stay. We lived there for 5 days and everything went well.

Agradable para dormir unos días en París y moverte por el centro.

Points positifs : Zona muy bien ubicada y animada con bares, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado. Metro al lado. Calefacción con buena función. Ducha amplia.

Points négatifs : Podría mejorarse un poco la limpieza. Una puerta del armario de la habitación totalmente descolgada. Cocina muy pequeña.
