Points positifs : tres bon accueil par Rivka et un magnifique sapin de Noël dans la cour illuminée pour l occasion. parfait pour 10 adultes un enfant et un bébé .Chambres spacieuses, calmes ,grande table pour tout le monde ( ce qui est tres rare) .Propre , la fourniture du linge de maison est tres appréciée. Emplacement parfait ,commerces tout prés. connexion metro a 100m.

Points négatifs : le four est trop petit

Points positifs : The location is excellent. The staff is wonderful — they checked us in earlier than stated in the conditions, which gave us more productive time to enjoy this beautiful city.

Points négatifs : We couldn’t close the window in the living room, but the apartment was still warm and comfortable.

Amazing for a group and still so much space and fantastic location!

Points positifs : So much space, so great to have so many separate rooms with big double beds and the options for sofa beds (didn't use but sofas were really big) location is incredible all the facilities you need and easy check in and out

Points négatifs : Very little place has some superficial minor issues like marks on the paint and it's clean everywhere except weirdly all the plug sockets are really dusty haha beds and kitchen and all the important things are clean and comfortable

Good value for money , pleasant experience.

Points positifs : Great locations , very spacious for group of 10. 2 bathrooms was great , plenty of restaurants near by, beside a metro, very clean and comfortable. The host in WhatsApp was very accommodating and friendly. Any problems they were replied to like less then 2 minutes.

Points négatifs : Small things were broken such as the kettle and table, pillows were very firm but that’s preference, one of the bathroom doors didn’t lock , but these were small and I wouldn’t let it change my opinion on it because it’s a great apartment.

Perfect city break location for a big family or extended family.

Points positifs : The location was amazing. Close to supermarket and metro. Next to a really interesting street-rue Montorgueil. Very spacious, and big rooms.

Points négatifs : The kitchen is tiny- but we were in Paris and ate out instead. If we were there longer than a short weekend it would have been a struggle. For us the bed and pillows were a bit too firm. We like a slightly softer bed.

Points positifs : The location was great, very spacious and a lift to make moving luggage easy.

Points positifs : I received emails prior to my stay which contains all the information I need, the video was particularly helpful. I was able to communicate with the host easily and revived prompt and helpful reply. The property has all the facilities what were needed. It is a very spacious and well lit and well ventilated apartment. It has a small lift which is a bonus for an old building. The location is second to none. Supermarkets within 1min walking distances. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, you name it. Walking distance to the major attractions and big metro stations. It’s good value for money.

Points négatifs : They did need to fix a few minor things, like the drawer and curtains. However, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our experience at all.

Points positifs : Location is top notch. Very close to all the attractions, 5 minute walking distance to the metro station. Beds were comfy.

Points négatifs : Communication could have been better. For the light sleeper, noise of the metro can be disturbing at night.
