Points positifs : L'emplacement, super pour visiter le centre de Paris, calme mais proche d'une rue piétonne avec restaurants. Très spacieux. Très agréable d'être dans une cour intérieure. Très joliment rénové

Great time, you are paying for being alone and the location, and its worth it!

Points positifs : Location is amazing, right around the corner is amazing cafes and Restaurants. The heating works and they generally leave you alone to enjoy the space!

Points négatifs : The Bed is very squeaky, the sink doesn't drain well. There was no toilet paper, we needed to buy some ourselves. The code for the Wifi didn't work at first but they were happy to help with that.

Very nice, definitely will come back.

Points positifs : Great location, very clean, good size of apartment.

Points négatifs : Towels, not enough. But great communication with the owner. Quick response about hairdryer.

Excellent location, close to heart of Paris, that is only reason we agreed to pay such a value.

Points positifs : No meals offered. A lot of different restaraunts around. Nice inner garden.

Points négatifs : Very poor sound insulation. You can hear other residence.

Points négatifs : Minor things I know! Hot water stops after two ppl bathe n was quite difficult for the next person. Urban flat in Paris asked for security deposit after non refundable booking fee was deducted and the property was booked. Ideally security deposit should be mentioned before we book the property. We were little worried about refund. Luckily they refunded soon!

Great stay (not the bed), great location, easy access.

Points positifs : The location is excellent. Between 2 metro stations and next to a huge restaurant area.

Points négatifs : One of the beds was very, very, very squeaky and distruptive to the whole apartment. No AC.

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious. There is kitchen equipment and we were able to cook. Good location. Near supermarkets and restaurants.

Points négatifs : The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly. The cabinet doors are broken. We were 5 ladies, we stayed for 5 days , but they only provided one toilet paper roll. When we asked for additional one, they wanted us to pick it up from their office, which only opens from 9am until 5 or 6pm. It wasn’t possible for us to pass by the office after 9am and before 5/6pm, because of course, we already have something planned for the day. They told us that they couldn’t go to the apartment or even leave it at the door.

Points positifs : Muy bien equipado. Departamento amplio y cómodo para una familia.
