Points positifs : Le logement est dans une rue animée avec beaucoup de restaurants sympas à proximité. Malgré tout étant situé au fond d’une cours c’était très calme et la literie de bonne qualité.

Points négatifs : Il n’y avait pas de table basse

Points négatifs : We liked everything. it would be nice in the future to have some pods for the dishwasher and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Beautifully clean and comfortable

Points positifs : Location was fabulous. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Easy access to all we wanted to see. We walked everywhere! The bed was so comfy and a very modern bathroom. Probably the best place we had stayed in Paris so far and would definitely recommend

Clean and functional, 10 minutes walking from north Marais

Points positifs : The apartment was perfectly clean and well stocked with all the necessary amenities

Points positifs : Good and very quiet location. Close to many metro stations and excellent restaurants. Visiting Paris from this area is nice and easy.

Points négatifs : The appartment is rather dark, would be preferable to have light curtains than all windows glued off, you don't see outside. On the pictures, the appartment is nice and fresh, but since then, many repairs are pending, regular freshups and repairs are needed. Sofabed is comfortable, but the mattres is not very straight.

Points positifs : Cudowna lokalizacja. Apartament znajduje się w zabytkowej, ale dobrze utrzymanej kamienicy, przy lokalnej ale tętniącej życiem ulicy. Samo mieszkanie jest odnowione, dobrze wyposażone i czyste. Apartament oddzielony jest od ulicy malutkim, ale bardzo uroczym patio, które zapewnia odpowiedni poziom ciszy i spokoju. Lokalizacja doskonale skomunikowana, niedaleko placu Republiki, niedaleko metra, niedaleko wszystkiego. Prawdziwy, piękny, nie zasypiający Paryż.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Paris-Besuch

Points positifs : Geschmackvolle Einrichtung an guter Lage in einem interessanten Quartier. Eine Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgeung.

Points négatifs : Abgesehen von einem kleinen Detail (defektes Schlafsofa) war die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut!

Points positifs : Lokalita bola iba 5 minút od metra pri námestí Republique - neodporúčam stanicu Rue du Chateau d´eau, trochu nebezpečná lokalita. Ubytovanie bolo pohodlné, priestranné, čisté, tiché - situované do dvora, čo zvyšovalo pocit bezpečia. Malo chladničku, práčku, myčku, mikrovlnku, žehličku, dve telky. Ozaj sme boli veľmi spokojné.

Points négatifs : Nemám čo vytknúť. Všetko super. Aj pomer kvalita a cena.
