Un séjour au calme en plein Paris
Points positifs : L’espace est parfait! On était 6, deux adultes et 4 enfants dont deux de plus de 18 ans et c’était parfait! La déco, les équipements, l’emplacement Tout était top

Roomy and airy… very pleasant vibe.
Points positifs : It was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. I was very quiet, so we slept well. The shower was wonderful… great water pressure. And we were very pleased with the Nespresso machine.
Points négatifs : The vanity in the bathroom needs to be replaced… the drawers don’t shut well. It was very quiet, but not necessarily private. The people in the classroom across the courtyard could look straight into the apartment, so the drapes had to remain closed which made the apartment dark.

High standard loft
Points positifs : A wonderful loft close to Place République. It is modern, spacious, calm, and clean. The access to the building is safe (two locked door). The building has some kind of small inside garden. Both the kitchen and bathroom are very nice and well-equipped. There are a lot of shops nearby.
Points négatifs : The apartment has many large windows exposed to external sights since it is located on the ground floor. The only possibility for privacy is to close all big black curtains.

Great stay in a nice neighborhood.
Points positifs : Location was great. The flat is very nice. I recommend staying here with either older or younger kids. Communication between us and the owner was top-notch. It would be nice if there was another AC unit in the main living area.

Points positifs : Location is excellent, near to shops, cafes, restaurants and easy access to public transport. Apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard which is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle. Spacious apartment with quirky decorations. Well equipped kitchen, great shower. Beds are comfy.
Points négatifs : Some basic maintenance is needed - door handle appears to be falling off. Air conditioner did not turn on. Has a washing machine but no rack to dry clothing on.

Points positifs : Great location, excellent shower, comfortable bed, spacious apparent for Paris. Good wifi. Seamless well organised check in and attentive host. Loved our stay.
Points négatifs : Everything was excellent. The only thing was a buzzing noise in the living room - we couldn’t determine what is the source. There were 5 of us but it only seemed to bother me. As it couldn’t be heard in the mezzanine bedroom, I could still get a good rest.

Ganz ganz toll! Wir hätten länger bleiben sollen
Points positifs : Zuerst die Raumaufteilung- mit kleinen Kindern wunderbar für das Einhalten der Schlafenszeiten! Der Esstisch und die Küche ebenfalls- alles sehr großzügig, sodass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt und alle gemütlich miteinander und nebeneinander Essen zubereiten oder am Tisch sitzen konnten.
Points négatifs : Eigentlich kein Problem- insbesondere da wir als Familie dort waren,, aber vielleicht hätte die Dusche separater sein können, sodass auch während jemand duscht, ein weiterer zur Toilette gehen könnte ohne den Duschenden u.U. zu stören. Und wir haben das Babybett nicht sofort finden können. Als wir es gefunden haben, war aber alles klar, ganz easy.

Points positifs : Razem z rodziną jesteśmy zachwyceni tym miejscem. Świetna lokalizacja, miejsce czyste i piękne, niczego nie brakowało. Po wejściu przez bramę jest bardzo cicho i bezpiecznie. Kontakt z właścicielem jest cały czas, wszelkie informacje wysyłane na bieżąco, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Bardzo polecamy!

Muy lindo, recomendable
Points positifs : El apartamento muy lindo, bastante completo y con un diseño muy moderno. A dos cuadras de la estación Jaques Bonsergeant lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad
Points négatifs : Dado que éramos un grupo grande, un segundo baño habría sido ideal. Pero ya lo sabíamos al elegirlo. Algunos detalles menores pero recomendable
