Points positifs : L’endroit était vraiment joli, propre et agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé, très bien placé, à proximité de l’Opéra et des Galeries Lafayette, tout est facilement accessible à pied. L’hôte a été accueillante et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Points négatifs : Le chauffage dans le salon ne chauffait pas suffisamment et la porte d’entrée n’isolait pas très bien, laissant entrer de l’air froid. Malgré cela, l’emplacement et le cadre restent très appréciables.

Points positifs : Tout est parfait Les chambres sont toutes équipées d’une salle d’eau Le salon et la salle à manger sont confortables La cuisine bien équipée. Le quartier est super avec plein de bons restos à proximité. Les hôtes sont super arrangeants et disponibles

Fabulous apartment, great location

Points positifs : Beautifully done out. Ideal location in a great neighbourhood. Great communication with staff. Easy to check in and out.

Points négatifs : The two downstairs bedrooms have shower and basin but neither has a toilet. It's quite a long trek to the loo in the night. Quite pricey.

Great apartment in a Great location.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment with loads of space, there were 6 adults and 1 child and we all had our own bathroom. Couldn't of been better. Great location and the supermarket across the road had everything we needed. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

Overall we had a very enjoyable time.

Points positifs : Great location. Short family break over half term. We all enjoyed and managed to visit many of the historic places in Paris. Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay and Sacre Coeur.

Points négatifs : Unfortunate that the showers in the lower floor were not available to use but we were advised of this just before checking in. Would have been helpful if instructions on how to use the heating system. There were several thermostats in the property of different types and it was not clear which ones were controlling the temperature.

Great apartment in a great location; quiet and cosy.

Points positifs : The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and cafes. The Franprix supermarket is right across the road. We could easily walk to Bonne Nouvelle Metro to get around Paris. The property was perfect for us (two families of 4). The apartment was super cosy and had everything we needed. Spacious kitchen, dining and lounge room areas where we could cook dinner, eat and relax.

Points négatifs : Nothing.

Very cool atelier apartment in a great area- perfect for a group or family.

Points positifs : Great location- centrally located and close to lots of metros and buses. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable beds and excellent showers. Loved the big towels, well stocked kitchen and bright and open living spaces.

Points négatifs : I found the process of taking pictures of the apartment when I arrived a bit annoying and the website you had to load them to kept crashing. My suggestion is take the photos on your camera first and then load them to the site.

a stylish apartment, great location, perfect for friends and family stays.

Points positifs : we loved the design and style of the apartment. It was lovely and just as the photos show. The layout was great also for two families staying. The location was near a metro so made getting around easy plus walking distance to lots of great places (if you like walking!). The courtyard was nice, so we could leave the front door open for air when we were in the apartment. The mini market over the road was brilliant and well stocked for all essentials.

Points négatifs : no air con in summer wasn't comfortable at night for sleeping. Although fans were provided, they were noisy. the downstairs bedrooms got hot and the second double room as there are also no windows to open. There was also building work happening to the apartment/building next door so this was noisy from 8.30 on week days. The deposit is large £1,500 and the deposit company requires photos when you arrive and when you leave. There is no person to do the inventory. we took out insurance in case of any breakages which just adds to the costs but I guess worth it.

Excellent stay and good value for money!

Points positifs : The property was centrally located close to the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower, metro stations. It was beautifully decorated with 4 bedrooms. The kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we needed to cook. The host was engaging and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
