Highly recommend to stay here!:))
Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay here. We are really satisfied with the apartment and staff. We enjoyed all small details: 2 umbrellas, coffee machine with coffee capsules, toaster, cups and glasses, microwave - all you need during your stay. Staff is really friendly and replies quickly. It’s easy and understandable to check in and get into apartment. Location is amazing - a lot of cafes, shops, 5 min to metro station and bus.
Points négatifs : Quite noisy in the morning and humid, possibly because it’s on the ground floor.

I REALLY liked it, even despite the noise. It was nice to relax after a whole day of walking.
Points positifs : - beautiful, fresh renovation - cleanliness in the room - no bedbugs)) - the apartment has everything you need - comfortable bed - good TV
Points négatifs : The apartment is on the first floor and through the door you can hear very loud noise from the corridor. Neighbors started walking and slamming doors at 5 a.m.

Points positifs : Чудове місце розташування (хороша транспортна розв'язка, кафе, магазини). Дуже чиста квартира зі свіжим ремонтом, наявність необхідної побутової техніки. Уважна сторона, що приймає. Господарі були дуже доброзичливі і чуйні, дякую величезне. Дякуємо за високу оцінку нашого перебування та особистий бонус на наступне перебування. Все сподобалося.
Points négatifs : Справді трохи шумно і близько сміттєві контейнери. Однак це не завадило нам чудово відпочити, тому що приходили пізно та засинали від втоми відразу.

Heel erg mooi verblijf en zéker aan te raden voor een aantal dagen in Parijs!
Points positifs : Het zag er mooi en netjes uit. Het was erg schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt zit erbij. Er is Wi-Fi, een wasmachine, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, borden, bestek, pannen.. Noem maar op, alles is er om er zelfs eten in klaar te maken. Er is een mooie douche en er zijn genoeg handdoeken aanwezig. Er zitten 2 metro stations (Porte de Clignancourt en Jules Joffrin) in de buurt, op een korte loopafstand. Onze voorkeur ging naar metro station Jules Joffrin, omdat het wat ‘rumoerig’ was rondom metrostation Porte de Clignancourt. Echter is de rest van Parijs makkelijk te bereiken door deze dichtbij gelegen metrostations. De accommodatie is gelegen in een rustig straatje en al met al zijn wij heel blij dat we voor deze accommodatie hebben gekozen.
Points négatifs : Het is gehorig rondom de accommodatie en de wijk buiten de accommodatie om is ‘schimmig’. Dit is niet iets wat betrekking heeft tot de kamer, maar wel iets wat opvalt.

Prima appartement, compleet en schoon.
Points positifs : Compact appartement. Voor paar dagen prima. Attente eigenaars reageren snel op extra verzoek. In ons geval extra deken. Markt, winkels in de buurt voor boodschappen. Metro op loopafstand paar minuten.
Points négatifs : Appartement is direct bij de ingang en daardoor gehorig. Je hoort iedereen binnenkomen of bij de achteruitgang zijn afval weggooien. Goede oordoppen lossen probleem prima op. Ik ben een lichte slaper dus snel wakker.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è ristrutturato da poco, accogliente e bello, arredamento scelto con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Ideale per due persone. Letto comodo. Raccolta differenziata nel cortile interno. Facile il recupero e la restituzione della chiave tramite cassetta con codice. Vari ristoranti nella zona di nazionalità diverse. Due metro a 5 minuti dall'appartamento, la linea 12 e la 4. Lo consiglio sicuramente!
