Good for short stays

Points positifs : The apartment was very spacious, in a building with an elevator, and equipped with all facilities and almost new appliances. The owner has filled the apartment with books and the well done interiors give it a distinct personality. Well located with 2 major metro lines 5 mins away. The bathroom had great water pressure Key collection was straight forward though 3 mins away from the residence Netflix and a small Smart TV was a great value add

Points négatifs : Old building, with lots of noise from the bedroom window which wouldn't close. You could hear the street and neighbours early in the morning. The mattress slightly curved, making it uncomfortable for 2 people to share. The location was 20 mins away from Montmorte, though not far, but required a good pair of shoes and walking. Though there were great boulangeries nearby, there weren't a lot of good restaurant options for vegetarians so we had to venture further away. It would be nice to meet the owner face to face, but since it was managed by a PMC, we didn't get to drop off our luggage, and hence had to pay 15 eur extra to deposit our bags somewhere else until it was time to fly back.
