Points positifs : Perfect location. It is centrally located in Champs Elysee. The apartment is newly furnished in modern style. Spotless and warm. The check-in procedure is all automatic : they offer you detailed guidelines so that we have no difficulty getting in the house. Though there is no physical personnel appear to receive you, we could contact them via the Booking.com messenger, and they were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here.

Points positifs : All brand new, location was perfect, close to main touristic points. Facilities working properly, kitchen with all you need for 4 people. Super clean.

Points négatifs : there was no ac or fans and it got quite hot. and there were 2 days where there was no elevator working and the apartment was on the 6th floor!

Gorgeous apartment right in Central Paris

Points positifs : Fantastic location. Super helpful and friendly host who replies quickly. The building is beautiful and secure and the apartment itself is small but well thought out with everything you could need. In walking distance of several major attractions with a food shop a couple of doors down too!

Points positifs : The location is pretty convenient to Arc de Trump abd Effiel Tower. The owner was responsive with queries, and alternative contact was given when she was unreachable.

Points négatifs : Location... as there was road closed with tight security on a Saturday morning. Uber couldn't access the location.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic - it is in the heart of Paris - walking distance to all the major sights of the golden triangle, with a handy minimart on the same street and a metro station a short walk away. The apartment is very stylishly decorated and furnished, making it beautiful as well as very comfortable.

Points négatifs : We had some difficulty with the electronic lock on arrival, but our host was very helpful in getting the problem sorted out.

Estadia agradável

Points positifs : No centro de Paris e com bons acessos a restaurantes famosos, estações de metrô, supermercados e serviços bancários, o local é excelente e confortável para quem planeja fazer atividades a pé e não deseja perder muito tempo. É confortável, tem bom controle de temperatura e espaço suficiente para armazenamento das coisas. Passei minhas roupas, cozinhei e lavei roupas sem problemas. A vizinhança é muito tranquila e não ouvi nenhum barulho, mesmo com o andar debaixo em obras. O prédio possui elevador, o que é espetacular em Paris. Os responsáveis pelo local foram super atenciosos com as nossas necessidades, procurando saber mesmo após a nossa saída se tudo correu bem. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes e recomendarei o local.

Points négatifs : Podia ter um bengaleiro ao lado da porta para pendurar casacos e guarda-chuvas, principalmente nessa época de chuva. Isso foi facilmente contornado, mas poderia se tornar um eventual problema.

Points positifs : Camas confortáveis, utensílios da cozinha novos, chuveiro muito bom. Acomodação muito bem organizada e limpa. A localização é excelente.

Points négatifs : A limpeza do prédio, principalmente das escadas poderia estar melhor. Isso não impede de me hospedar novamente.
