Points positifs : Location is very good, super market 5min walk, safety secured with 3 doors, air is always refreshing and plenty of towels. Very kind onsite manager you can rely on.

Points négatifs : The floor lump was broken and let it just sit there. I think it’s dangerous for the family especially with young children. The instructions about how to use home appliances could be left as a leeflet otherwise you have to ask the manager every time you use a new appliances.

Points positifs : Great stay with a very kind and helpful host I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, close to Champs-Élysées, and within walking distance to many shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation, which made moving around Paris very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the area felt safe and quiet. What really made the experience better was the host. He was very kind, cooperative, and easy to communicate with. He was always responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and support. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend this apartment and stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage und ideal für unseren Familienurlaub

Points positifs : Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und gut mit Metro und Bus zu erreichen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Küchenausstattung erlaubt die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten sehr gut.
