Bon option et bien localisé
Points positifs : les hôtes c'étaient très attentifs depuis que j'ai reservé et ils m'ont donné des indications claires pour trouver l'appartement. L'appartement c'était trés confortablepour 3 ou 4 personnes, les lits confortables et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Le métro c'était pas loin de l'appartement.

Lovely stay with a very welcoming host
Points positifs : The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. I travelled with a baby, and the house was perfectly suited for travelling with a baby.

Wonderful stay in Paris
Points positifs : Location and Sébastien are top. The flat is clean and very comfortable. Has everything one needs for an extended stay in Paris

Points positifs : Super helpful host. Very generous with local knowledge. Great location for access to local restaurants, and metro. Accommodation was great for family of four. The apartment had all the facilities we needed (including washing machine)

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Would stay there again.
Points positifs : Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice size apartment with small lift. Convenient location but a bit noisy street. Also 2 nice fans. Very helpful nice host who lives very close. Large refrigerator and large closet in bedroom.
Points négatifs : Could use a curtain in living room for privacy. Also could use a new frying pan.

Schönes Appartment auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlenswert
Points positifs : Das Appartement war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig, wir waren zu Dritt da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, einschließlich Wäscheständer und Waschmaschine. Es ist zwar hellhörig, trotzdem war es nachts ruhig. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer geht zu einem nachts abgesperrten Hinterhof, daher kann man es nachts bei Hitze offen lassen. Das Wohnzimmer geht zur Straße, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es auch hier ruhig. Der Gastgeber war extrem bemüht und hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles, was wir wissen wollten, geduldig erklärt. Wir kamen mit dem Zug, zum Gare del'Est sind es max. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten hat man gute U-Bahn-Anbindungen. Im Viertel haben wir uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een citytrip in Parijs!
Points positifs : Hoewel het appartement in een heel 'kleurrijke' buurt ligt voelde dit niet onprettig aan. Alles is heel dichtbij en de mogelijkheid om een parkingplaats (ondergrondse garage) te huren is fantastisch. Heel vriendelijke host. Basic faciliteiten maar je brengt dan ook niet veel tijd door in het appartement...
Points négatifs : Een beetje extra verduistering voor de woonkamer (slaapzetel) is aan te bevelen.
