Clean, newly renovated, and well-located near public transport; the only downside was no airco.
Points positifs : The apartment enjoys a prime location, just a short distance from the city center and major metro and bus stops, with numerous nearby streets filled with restaurants and eateries. Newly renovated and spotless, it matched the description on the booking site perfectly. The key handover was easy, and the apartment came fully equipped with essentials such as clean towels, tissues, basic kitchenware, and fans.
Points négatifs : The only downside was that the apartment did not have air conditioning.

Points positifs : The apartment was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including a clean coffee machine and a washing machine, which made our stay especially comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept well after long days exploring the city. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy, they were always responsive and helpful. The location is also ideal: very central and within walking distance to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, which made getting around the city and catching trains effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Points positifs : Exceptional property and hosts. One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in: well designed and equipped, with a wide range of cafes, bars, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Book it before someone else does!

Points positifs : It is absolutely beautiful apartment, super clean, all duvets and towels were fresh. Bottles of water were waiting for us as well as needed soaps. Beds are big and comfortable, sofa as well. The area where the apartment is, is quiet and we felt very safe. It’s also super close to two metro stops. I really recommend this apartment for your next stay in Paris. Hosts were very helpful and kind, we were provided with all information and didn’t need to wait long to receive answers to our questions.

Points positifs : Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der Küche sind viele Utensilien vorhanden. 2 schöne Bäder mit Dusche. Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch nur wenige Meter zur Metro
Points négatifs : Nur eine Toilette, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten war das Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Keine Lüftung in der Toilette und in den Duschbädern, keine Mülleimer in den Bädern

Mooi appartement met veel comfort.
Points positifs : Prachtig appartement, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, bijzonder mooi aangekleed. Heel comfortabel.
Points négatifs : Buiten zijn ze op de gangen en terras aan het renoveren. Maar dat kan gebeuren maar verder geen last van gehad.

Een fijne appartement
Points positifs : Het appartement is goed ingericht, is schoon en heeft voldoende faciliteiten.
Points négatifs : Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden in het complex, die vroeg begonnen. Doorgangen en trappen zijn hierdoor soms wat minder toegankelijk. Verder mis ik prullenbakken in de badkamers.

Points positifs : De locatie is in een levendige buurt met prima winkels en horeca in de buurt. Busverbinding zeer nabij.
Points négatifs : Bouwwerkzaamheden in het gebouw.
