Points positifs : Le literie est excellente. L'appartement est bien équipé (il manque juste une bouilloire électrique) et sa taille est agréable pour un court séjour. L'emplacement est très pratique : près d'une bouche de métro et au dessus d'une supérette. La Place de l'Etoile et la Tour Eiffel sont accessibles à pied.

Points négatifs : Les photos ont été trop retouchées et cela génère une déception à l'arrivée.

Beautiful and central location in Paris

Points positifs : Location is Excellent. Like perfect beautiful location in Paris. Apartment has good views and lightning and close to the metro also

Spent a great time with my friend

Points positifs : I was so satisfied with this room while staying for a full week! safe and quiet neighborhood / spacious room / separated toilets (1bathroom/1toilet) / 2 closets / very close to station / right next to supermarket monoprix / owner gives quick responses / plenty of towels prepared

Points négatifs : everything was perfect! but if I could add a few tips for future guests -the apartment is the one with the marble pattern floor, not the one with the blue door -while unlocking the door, make sure to put a bit more pressure while turning the key clockwise (square key, second key hole)

Points positifs : Hello, the location is amazing, very comfortable bed. Be careful with the check in time, let the team know your arrival time. They can arrange you the key. I was late and the shop where the key nest was closed, but the team arranged the key delivery. Thank you very much

Points négatifs : It’s probably better to arrange a small things like coffee for coffee machine

Un apartamentito en el corazón de Paris, cómo tranquilo y muy bien ubicado.

Points positifs : El apartamentito era justo lo que necesitaba, acogedor y limpio con una cocinilla y espacios cómodos y con buen interent. Amé el barrio tranquilo y con excelente ubicación. A pocos pasos de restaurancitos, famarcias y la estacion de metro Victor Hugo y a unos minutos de Arco de Triunfo y los Champs Elysees. Justo abajo del apartamento hay un pequeño supermercado ideal para comprar insumos, pan del día y hasta comidas rápidas. Me pareció encantador y los anfitriones siempre estuvieron muy pendientes de mis preguntas.

Comfortable and well located

Points positifs : Comfortable, good location, nice furniture & deco, good bed, good shower, close to supermarket (downstairs).

Points négatifs : Pillows can be better, no coffee or water, no shampoo/conditioner, no A/C but it was not needed at this time of the year.

Excellent place highly recommend A* Host & accomadation

Points positifs : Great location.. host have clear instructions and always available to answer any questions or queries. Thank you for the ice poles and milk and water provided. Lots of towels at hand and fully stocked. Nice view from window.

Points négatifs : Was hot as summer so only thing missing was a fan but apart from that was perfect.

Points positifs : Safe location, good value, and clear/simple check in and checkout instructions were great.

Points négatifs : The location from Booking.com described 36 Ave. Du Bugead, which a friend who lives in Paris checked out the exterior of the building and location to be excellent. However, the actual property location is 38 Ave. Du Bugead with a little less attractive building exterior than that of the advertised property location. The property photos are heavily photoshopped and beautified. It was a little disappointing to actually see the property at first. However, the property location is safe and excellent pricing to stay at the clean (no bed bugs) property in Paris, France. The property is equipped with a washer, a small kitchen area, and a decent sized bathroom with a separate toilet room. This was great. I just wish the washer was cleaned before our arrival. It was dirty with hair and debris, so I was reluctant to use it. Also, there was no hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or body gel. So, we got our own and borrowed our Paris resident friend's hairdryer.

Points positifs : The rooms are clean, well located, and fully furnished. There is also a supermarket downstairs. The landlord was also nice.
