Points positifs : Emplacement parfait, propriétaire sympathique et réactif, appartement très propre et entièrement rénové.

Points négatifs : Un petit point :Le canapé-lit n est pas confortable du tout, il mériterait au minimum un surmatelas. Attention il s'agit d un studio, pas de chambre, l annonce peut porter à confusion.

Points positifs : The accommodation has a very good location, close to the metro station, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, in a very safe area with a family atmosphere. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. The owners are very friendly and attentive when welcoming you. 100% recommended.✨

Points positifs : The studio apartment was very clean and modern, and well located with a short walk to metro and bus stops. A grocery store is next door making it easy to get what you need to cook meals and wash/dry clothes in the apartment. The host is very good at communicating. I would definitely stay again when in Paris, highly recommended.

Points positifs : This place is perfectly located — just a short walk to the metro, and surrounded by great cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood feels very safe and welcoming, with a lovely local vibe. The Eiffel Tower is also nearby, making it an ideal spot for exploring Paris. The hosts were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Absolutely loved our stay — would highly recommend it! ✨

Points positifs : スマートテレビやWi-Fiが整備され、パスルームやキッチンも新しく清潔でとても機能的な部屋でした。建物内に小さいスーパーもあり便利。エレガントな住宅地で治安も良く、昔ながらの美味しいパン屋さんや有名なスイーツショップもあるヴィクトルユーゴー広場に近く、凱旋門シャンゼリゼまで徒歩圏内で観光には便利。また、トラムでパレドコングレもすぐなのでビジネスユースにもお勧めです。何よりオーナーはとても良い方で女性の一人旅にも安心です。

Points négatifs : 少し声が通りやすいので小さなお子様連れには少し難しいかもしれません。
