Rent a Room - Residence Meslay

Un peu cher pour la prestation, mais pas de regret.

Points positifs : Bon emplacement, décoré avec goût, confortable, rénovation récente, bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Fenêtres qui ferment mal et voisins en rez-de-chaussée qui faisaient la fête (mais jusqu'à une heure raisonnable). Prix élevé pour que mes enfants (ados) dorment dans un clic-clac dans le salon. On aurait apprécié d'avoir une consigne pour laisser les bagages le dernier jour.

Points positifs : L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Tout est impeccable et très fonctionnel. Le lit est très confortable C'est très calme, et en plein Paris!

Points négatifs : On ne m'a pas informée que l'appartement était au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. L'escalier est plutôt étroite donc ce n'était pas pratique pour mes valises. Les instructions concernant le code de la chambre n'étaient pas claires: entre la facture, les codes des portes d'entrée et un code dans un message mail, j'ai plutôt galéré pour comprendre quel était le Pin code! Soyez plus précis peut-être ! Je pense aussi que c'était un peu cher tout de meme.

Points positifs : L'emplacement, le confort de l''appartement

Points négatifs : Manque de lumière naturelle, bruit de goutte à goutte quand il pleut, robinet évier cuisine eclaboussant.

Points positifs : Emplacement génial dans le Marais. Appartement sécurisé, petit coin très mignon devant la fenêtre, bonne literie, appartement calme

Points négatifs : Seules deux prises de courant fonctionnaient, beaucoup de lampes ne marchaient pas

Points positifs : Great apartment, light, nice atmosphere, good facilities, practical for family. Warm & good bath. Very secure. Fantastic location.

Points positifs : Good location, spacious apartment, nice decor. The neighborhood might feel a bit sketchy but it's completely safe. Hosts were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Points négatifs : The kitchen needs a proper cleaning, some minor things might be fixed (e.g. more plates in the kitchen).

Very nice place to stay , well equiped and close to attractions

Points positifs : ~location close to metro station and close to some attractions (Hotel Ville, Notre Dame) ~well equiped kitchen (has almost everything needed) ~tv with lots of channels ( including netflix) ~very nice hosts( allowed us to leave the luggages before the check in)

Points négatifs : ~a bit small for 3 (probably normal for Paris) but is ok if you plan to visit and not stay inside ~not very comfortable sofa ~ the neighborhood seemed a bit weird after sunset

Points positifs : the apartment is beautiful and fully stocked with everything! check-in works great with the codes you get to enter the building and no fear of loosing the keys.

Viaggio a Parigi

Points positifs : La posizione è ottima, host risponde subito alle richieste. L appartamento è molto carino.Moderno il primo piano , il seminterrato caratteristico con una bel bellisima doccia. Le stanze spaziose e ben arredate.

Points négatifs : Non mi è piaciuto tanto che fosse poco attrezzato, avevamo la cucina che però priva di accessori funzionali ha creato qualche problema nell utilizzo, Sicuramente vanno aggiunti . Qualche problema legato alla ristrutturazione appena effettuata, perché non era particolarmente curata la pulizia. La tv del seminterrato è inutilizzabile visto i muri spessi. Sicuramente sprecata in quella stanza.

ruhiges und schönes Appartment in idealer Lage- absolut empfehlenswert!

Points positifs : Tolle Lage, trotzdem unglaublich ruhig, sehr schönes Appartment, sauber, angenehm beheizt, eine tolle Größe für 4 Personen

Points négatifs : Wir hatten erst etwas Schwierigkeiten herauszufinden, wie man das Display zur Eingabe des dritten Türcodes aktiviert- und auch das Verlassen des Appartments war nicht ganz einfach. Hier wären zusätzliche Hinweise vor/bei der Anreise hilfreich. Auch die Angaben zum Auffinden der Mülltonnen müssten präzisiert werden: im ersten Innenhof, im zweiten Innenhof? Links von der Straße aus gesehen oder wenn man vom Appartment herunter kommt? Ein Hinweis, dass sich die Tür für den zweiten Türcode genau geradeaus befindet, wäre ebenfalls hilfreich gewesen. In der Küche habe wir etwas mehr Besteck und Stauraum vermisst, wir haben dann ein Nachttischschränkchen umfunktioniert. Der Kleiderschrank ist wackelig, aber funktional, das Sofa etwas in die Jahre bekommen. Es gab nur 3 Stühle, die nicht denen auf den Fotos entsprachen und einen Holzhocker. Das sind eher Kleinigkeiten, aber vielleicht helfen sie den nachkommenden Mietern
