Points positifs : This is a unique apartment, fully renovated in a lovely old building with rooftop views. It is the hosts home so has been arranged with care and for comfort.

Points négatifs : Be prepared for many stairs.

Spacious and convenient!

Points positifs : The flat is comfortable, super clean, fully equipped with all the facilities and extremely convenient since located near the metro stations! The owner is very welcoming and clear in the instructions about the functioning of the features. In general, it seems that the he opens the door of a piece of his family life to the guests, which is really heart warming!

Points négatifs : On the sixth floor without the lift, it helps keeping you fit! And toilet could be better placed.

Quintessential Parisian gem

Points positifs : Very good location, easy to navigate to the rest of Paris as well as major train stations. Home is as much a vibe as the city outside - cultured, romantic, interesting, cosmopolitan... It was lovely to stay somewhere with genuine personality to match Paris. The street is quiet yet full of trendy cafes and boutiques, and also just a few minutes from bustling Republique. We really appreciate such a good base to explore from!

Very enjoyable stay in Paris for the Olympics

Points positifs : Lovely apartment, very homely. Good for Metro, Republique is a few minute walk. You can stroll down to Pompidou Centre in 15 minutes & Notre Dame & the Seine in half hour

Points négatifs : 109 steps! Seriously, i knew they were there so they were not a problem

Points positifs : Apartment had real French character and added to the experience. Great location. Eric had great communication skills and allowed us to check in early after our very early flight.. We had a great time. Thanks Eric!

Points négatifs : We liked everything. These aren't really bad points but think they should be mentioned to help others: 1. There is no elevator and the Apartment is on the 6th floor. Ok for us but not to people who can't do stairs. 2. All wardrobes etc are locked so nowhere to put clothes if you need to. Not really a major issue but worth mentioning

Excellent location and amenities; everything we needed on site for a lovely stay.

Points positifs : Lovely view, excellent location. Great amenities. The loft bedroom was the perfect hideaway for our daughter. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and sites nearby. Good metro access.

Points négatifs : Lots of stairs to get up to the property- could be an issue for those with mobility issues. No a/c, so it got pretty warm in there on hot days, but I don’t think it’s common for homes to have a/c in this area.

Tolle, gemütliche und gepflegte Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Viertel von Paris.

Points positifs : Toll eingerichtete , sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem , was man braucht, sogar Kaffekapseln waren da. Super leichter Check-in. Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Eric war sehr gut zu erreichen und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, das Viertel sehr schön. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist sehr gut. Rundum zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank, Eric.
