Très bien situé
Points positifs : Magnifique appartement, très propre, bien décoré. Emplacement idéal pour une 1er à Paris. Très bien isolé des bruit extérieur.
Points négatifs : Petit soucis avec un lit ou le sommier était certainement cassé. Également les tv qui ne fonctionne pas. Seulement 4 chaises pour 6 personnes. Peut être ajouter des chaises pliantes dans les armoires de l'entrée.

A stylish apartment in a wonderful location even if initially it is tricky to find the apartment!
Points positifs : Location was perfect. Everywhere that we wanted to visit was a 15 minute walk, so we didn't need metro/taxis/buses to get about. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The temperature for the fridge was perfect, they had provided sponges, tea towels, washing up liquid, etc so very thoughtful. The host was very prompt with communication, but previous reviews stated they weren't but we had a pleasant experience with it.
Points négatifs : The sofa bed was broken so we didn't use it and that meant three of us had to share a bed. The floor was a little uneven in places, the wardrobe door was broken - but if you overlook these, the apartment is wonderful. The directions to get to the actual room is tricky to understand, especially as nothing is very well signposted and there is no light in the corridors. Hopefully, my instructions are little easier to understand if you stay here. The host will tell you to go up the elevator and take an immediate left on the first floor but when you get out there is a wall on the immediate left, you are to actually go through the white door which is basically opposite the lift. At this point, it is worth turning on your phone torch as there is no light. You go through until you get to a dark double door and you're in the apartment area. (The other way we used, which was easier without luggage, was go past the lift and go up the stairs, and then up the stairs on the left and you'll get to the same double doors - not too many stairs, don't worry). Once you know how to get in, it's really not an issue, whatsoever. (If the host is reading this, I would definitely consider videoing the route to get to the apartments and upload to YouTube and share a link to said video so your guests find it easier as I'm sure many contact you about how to find the entrance to the apartment.)

Great stay in a prime location
Points positifs : Fantastic location, lovely decor, ideal for one night. Really easy checkin and checkout process.
Points négatifs : We were a big group (6 in total) so one bathroom between us was totally fine for one night but I wouldn’t book for more than that.

We stayed with our 12 year old daugher and it was perfect for us. We got some groceries locally.
Points positifs : Location was amazing. We walked to Arch de Triomphe, Effiel tower, the river, the city centre. Newly installed air con, cooled the rooms perfectly. Well equipped kitchenette and big fridge.
Points négatifs : Shower basin can overflow if not watching level of water

Excelente estancia
Points positifs : Alojamiento excepcional relación calidad precio. Si tuviera que volver repetiría mismo alojamiento. La ubicación es inmejorable. Se puede visitar a pie la Torre Eiffel, Arco del Triunfo, Campos Elíseos etc…lo que hace ahorrar tiempo y dinero. Líneas directas de metro para Disney y para la mayoría de los monumentos más importantes. Y en la calle trasera dos supermercados.
Points négatifs : Por decir algo negativo, pondría una escoba en el apartamento, para poder barrer si se come. Y una segunda toalla para tener de cuerpo y manos.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris
Points positifs : The location is wonderful, clean, & walking distance to some of the major sights. Just an fyi I had read a previous review that the owner didn’t provide instructions etc & that some ppl were overcharged, that really couldn’t be further from the truth, & the owner did send very specific instructions. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem.

Apartamento espectacular, poco soporte
Points positifs : Ubicación inmejorable, apartamento muy bonito y bastante bien equipado, justo para 6 personas, pero te puedes apañar bien
Points négatifs : Recibimos dos tipos de instrucciones diferentes (a través de email y app). El teléfono de contacto y el email no funcionaron. Menos mal que no tuvimos problemas en acceder, porque no hubiésemos tenido forma de contactar

Points positifs : accogliente e arredato con gusto in una posizione centralissima
Points négatifs : per lo standard elevato la manutenzione potrebbe essere ancor più accurata e beneficiare di un ricevimento meno virtuale in ogni caso la bellezza dell’appartamento e la sua comodità fanno passare in secondo piano queste cose torneremo prestissimo
