Great location, terrible communication.

Points positifs : The decor was lovely, location was excellent walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc etc.

Points négatifs : The communication from the host was non existent. I tried emailing, messaging through bookings.com and calling all with no response. I tried contacting the property 9 months before arrival to make sure we had access to a sofa bed. Never heard from the property till the day before we turned up with instructions on how to enter, no response to my messages though. Cleaner turned up 10min before departure time and expected us to exit early as we were getting kids out etc. Room is very small more for 2-4 people max with sofa bed out there is no room to put anything.

Was the best move we made booking this apartment!

Points positifs : It was as the pictures showed which is great. The air con was amazing. We were in Paris during a heatwave and it worked really well for us. Lots of lovely shops very close for groceries/drinks and Cyril patisserie at the end of the road on the corner was FANTASTIC highly recommend for pastries, baguettes and beautiful tarts (see picture)

Points négatifs : Shower was quite weak and the handle on the sink tap dodgy. But honestly - I’d 100% still book this apartment.

Points positifs : The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to many major attractions, as well as nearby metro and RER stations, making it very convenient for getting around. The apartment itself was beautiful: spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and charming décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Points négatifs : Can be noisy in the morning when you're trying to sleep, make sure you shut the outside shutters.

Very good location, safe area, quiete. What could be better is the contact with the host after check in. But Good!

Points négatifs : The bathroom smelled a few times bad, coming from the Drain. But not always, further Noting to complain.

Points négatifs : Faltaban pequeñas cosas para un apartamento, un cuarto sin ventanas y la cocina un poco incómoda , Sin embargo un excelente apartamento
