Points positifs : Très joli appartement excellent séjour seul bémol indépendant était la canicule. Il y avait un ventilateur mais un 2eme n’aurait pas été de trop Sinon tout Tb

Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur du marais. Dans une rue plutôt calme. Il a été magnifiquement restauré avec bcp de goût et des finitions de très belle qualité.

Points négatifs : L’annonce mentionne une surface de 40m2 mais je pense qu’on est plus autour de 25. Il y a un éclairage de la ville ultra puissant au niveau de la fenêtre du salon et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.

Highly recommend it.

Points positifs : The apartment is neat and modern, fully equipped, very convenient for travelers. Great location with Metro and RER nearby. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops to choose from. The staff were kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris.

Small , tight in places , newly decorated apartment in a good but noisy location .

Points positifs : Good location , newly decorated with new appliances . Quick response on any issues arising .

Points négatifs : Tiny tight shower/toilet area . Poor sound isolation so noisy during day . Only duvet on bed and no extra sheets - bed will be very hot in the summer . Square pillows - not my thing . No access to local TV channels but Netflix etc

Points positifs : Spacious and modern apartment. Clean and includes all what is needed. Very well located in the heart of Paris. Stuff are reactive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Points négatifs : Can be a bit noisy since it’s a first floor - but the street is calm. Not really annoying.

Perfect location, great area, perfect apartment!

Points positifs : Everything about this was perfect! Location, access to Metro, shops and restaurant! We couldn’t recommend this place enough, it felt so safe and management was so so great! It does seem a bit questionable walking in but the building is just old but the apartment is newly renovated and so beautiful!

Nice and modern apartment, very well located.

Points positifs : Excellent location, there are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Well equipped, it was nice to have all the basics in the toilet (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, hair dryer) and kitchen (coffee pods, sugar, te, soap, etc). No AC but there is one fan, which is vital, as the apartment is small and can get very warm at times (specially when shower and at night).

Points négatifs : You can hear a lot of noise from the street, like if the people were inside the apartment. First floor, no lift, a bit uncomfortable to carry the luggage, as the stairs are very narrow. Only one set of keys. The fridge didn’t close well, so if not careful when closing it food can go to waste. There is a washing machine, it would be nice to have a clothe hanger. The pillows are square, which can be very uncomfortable and the linen was too warm for summer.
