Un séjour dans un quartier exceptionnel

Points positifs : Emplacement exceptionnel et sécuritaire, à 2 pas des restaurants, épicerie, boulangerie. Petite cuisine fonctionnelle, vue sur les toits de Paris. Rue animée qui peut être parfois un peu bruyante mais les fenêtres coupent bien le bruit. Je recommande!

Points négatifs : rien

Excellent place to stay for our first visit to Paris

Points positifs : Great location, great cafes and restaurants right out front plus close to the metro and also walking distance to lots if the sights. It was very warm in the apartment was the only downfall.

Good apartment in a great location. Expensive but so is Paris.

Points positifs : Location. Building with an elevator. Good communication with host. Provision cleaning supplies & washing machine. Kitchen well equipped.

Points négatifs : Some cleaning issues - mould in detergent dispenser of the washing machine which could also do with a clean Gritty tile floor - needs resealing

A wonderful Paris pied -a-terre!

Points positifs : The property was in a wonderful area of The Marais and it was situated so there was privacy -no apartment’s window was able to see directly in. It was furnished attractively. There was enough plates, cups and eating utensils. I appreciated the Nespresso machine.

Points négatifs : I wished there had been more than a single very tiny bar soap -had to use the same one for hands and body washing, which then dissipated quickly, and three tiny (by American standards) rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons for our 7 day stay. I asked the property manager to provide more and was advised to buy both. For the thousands of US dollars we paid, I was surprised these basics weren’t supplied.

A sweet and charming flat in the heart of the Marais, the best location, and did not disappoint - very sad to leave.

Points positifs : Super location - very charming unit, light and bright with fantastic views of Marais rooftops. Close to metro and many neighborhood restaurant options. It’s Paris, what’s not to love!

Points négatifs : Nothing negative for us but would note that the unit is small but typical and cosy.

Points positifs : Отличное расположения, отличная цена. Все как на фото. Квартира маленькая, но очень уютная. Разве, что нет посудомойки и кровать для двоих небольшая. Летом думаю будет жарко, днем солнечная сторона, кондиционера нет, а в холодное время года - прекрасно. С заселением и выселением никаких проблем.

Points négatifs : разве что кровать побольше:) но туда некуда ставить.

Points positifs : Great location. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy check in.

Paris is not an easy city to visit when the temperatures are high. But, what a great neighborhood.

Points positifs : The location was great for walking and enjoying the Marais. Apartment was compact but very comfortable. Secure space with elevator. Great shower, comfortable bed. Shops, and markets are all pretty terrific right downstairs.

Points négatifs : The weather was warm so I had to keep the windows open. The noise from the street is active well into the night. When the windows are closed the sound is much quieter, but alas, there is not AC.
