Points positifs : Good neat compact apartment enough to accommodate 2 adults + 3 teenagers. Equipped with all necessary things for comfort stay. The owner quick in response. Not far from metro station.
Points négatifs : I have no significant comments.

A very nice comfortable apartment in a very central location.
Points positifs : The property was comfortable and in a great location. Brooke was very friendly and very helpful.
Points négatifs : It was a bit noisy as we could hear passer byes speaking into the night.

Points positifs : Friendly host that was easy to contact and interact with Spacious apartment Well equipped (coffee, tea, cleaning stuff, pots, pans, etc), we did not miss anything Apartment was clean and well organized
Points négatifs : Construction work in the street, but that will be temporary Only limited view from the windows

Great hosts, great apartment to stay with kids and access to all of Paris easily from this location.
Points positifs : We were travelling with a teenage daughter and a very tall teenage son and the apartment accommodated all four of us well. It is very cleverly designed to feel spacious despite the small square meterage and we were pleasantly surprised to not feel crowded. The high ceilings were great and we appreciated having 2 bedrooms. The Apartment is clean, homey and thoughtfully well-equipped and we used the stove, microwave, oven, washing machine etc. with no problems. I LOVED having big mugs to drink from, having been restricted to thimble sized mugs in the UK! The beds were comfortable and having the sofa bed meant we could all get some personal space. The kitchen island bench meant we had 2 places to gather. The bakery and grocery shop and metro are an easy walk and there is a lively buzz in nearby streets during the evening. I really enjoyed the pianist playing in the apartment above - very soothing. I would definitely stay here again if I got the chance.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately, we all tested positive for COVID as soon as we got to Paris and that meant we were housebound all 3 nights. While we were devastated, as being Australian means we are unlikely to get this experience again, this apartment saved our sanity as it gave us a place that felt like home to recover in. So saying, there are a couple of things that could be improved: Another arm chair would have been great to allow all 4 of us to lounge, but I realise this would reduce the sense of space. Now, I understand that the windows have been frosted to allow privacy as it is on the ground level, but it would be good to have at least one peep-hole to watch the passers by from. I actually got out the ladder so I could see what was happening in the street :-) Finally, I have weak hands, but neither my daughter nor myself were able to turn the keys in the lock as it was too stiff. My husband managed it fine though.

Points positifs : El lugar, la ubicación, era muy cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario, dos duchas, camas cómodas, respondían muy rápido cualquier consulta, me recomendaron estación de metro, lugares cercanos, en general se preocupan bastante por el huésped, totalmente recomendado

Not knowing quite what to expect, we found a cozy place, easy to use and reach by Uber, taxi, walk..
Points positifs : We liked the location, the freedom to set our own schedules, the shower!
Points négatifs : We never did connect with the wi fi.
