Points positifs : Emplacement incroyable en plein.coeur du Marais dans une petite rue perpendiculaire à un boulevard. Deux lits doubles en mezzanine accessibles par une échelle de meunier. La déco était très jolie, la salle de bains spacieuse et le sauna était un vrai plus. Il y avait du café en quantité, des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et du produit de lessive, plus les bases pour cuisiner et énormément de vaisselle.
Points négatifs : Pour manger, on doit se mettre en rang d'oignons le long du mur, ce qui n'est pas très convivial. Pas beaucoup d'intimité car les mezzanine se font face, mais une des deux a un.rideau.

Points positifs : - The host was super responsive and helpful. - Such a big space in a great location, close walk to so much. - Great value for money. - The sauna was an added luxury. - It was very nice of them to leave a couple of drinks in the fridge.

Points positifs : Отличное расположение, рядом с метро, много кафе рядом на любой вкус, легко заселились в апартаменты, персонал всегда на связи. Сауна в номере и все необходимое для проживания. Очень чисто. Спасибо
Points négatifs : Номер только для молодых, это нужно учитывать, потому что взрослым и полным людям будет очень непросто подниматься в спальню по такой лестнице. За детьми нужно будет следить, чтоб не упали. Кровати это футоны (удобные). Квартира находится в помещении, которое было магазином, это не высокий первый этаж, окна открыть нельзя, так как вас будет полностью видно с улицы.

Gute Wohnung in toller Umgebung
Points positifs : tolle Lage, Metro und Geschäfte in der Umgebung, Seitenstrasse, sehr bequeme Betten (Achtung: Zugang jeweils über die Leiter), sauber, originell. Keinen persönlichen Kontakt, jedoch stets erreichbar. Türöffnung via App, evtl. nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir haben in der Wohnung nicht gekocht. In der Küche könnte es vielleicht eng werden. Für unseren Aufenthalt von drei Nächten, ich mit meinen zwei Teenies, war diese Wohnung tiptop!
Points négatifs : Sauna hatte einen merkwürdigen Geruch, weshalb wir diese nicht benutzten. In der Wohnung hat es ein kleines Fenster in ein Atrium, das ist das einzige. Eingangstüre direkt an der Strasse.

Well designed and equipped, playful space, responsive host
Points positifs : The host has really created a supportive apartment for those traveling. The apartment is thoughtfully designed for the thin space, and equipped with plenty of towels, pillows, cups, and dishes. It was clean and had a few washing machine pods and dishwasher tablets available to use. Having a few cold drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. There were even some ice cubes in the freezer which was used for a stubbed toe! There are umbrellas by the door too! It’s fun to access the loft bedrooms by ladders and it worked for us since we could lift our luggage up there. The rest of our luggage remained in the living room area. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, iron, towel heater, sauna, colorful LED lights, and tv options. Communication with the host is excellent via WhatsApp. They are very prompt and flexible with French or English.
Points négatifs : This place is a great stay and we’d stay again. I’m providing this feedback because it seems like these hosts really want to know how to make this place the best stay possible. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a message for the smart lock. You need to download an app and activate the code within 48 hours of receiving this message. When we received this, we were in a different part of our trip and not in the mental headspace to do this. It’s not the host’s fault and their message was clear. I just wish that the activation code would be available until the day of arrival. Nevertheless, the host was super quick to respond on WhatsApp and resent everything we requested. Lighting controls aren’t obvious and we were clicking them on and off trying to find the right ones during our stay. The ironing board cover had stains and needed to be replaced. The host said it was clean, and that it would be replaced after our stay. The toilet is in a separate room, but there isn’t a vent or exhaust in that space. The ladders treads seemed dirty and may benefit from being swapped out with metal ones that can be wiped clean.
