Thank you so much Leo for your hospitality. We loved the apartment and have had a memorable first family trip to Paris.

Points positifs : Location is unmatched. We walked everywhere and great cafes and restaurants on neighboring streets. The apartment is clean, comfortable and safe for a family of 4. We extended our stay for another night because we loved it so much- 7 nights total. Our host Leo is super helpful and always happy to answer questions and give us advice on local attractions.

Points négatifs : Nothing. We absolutely loved it.

NIDO in posizione fantastica posizione

Points positifs : Posizione perfetta nel cuore del quartiere latino a due passi da Notre Dame e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Pasticcerie, ristoranti di ogni tipo, negozi ecc. Casa molto pulita e staff molto reattivo. A dispetto delle scale un po' bruttine e malandate l' appartamento è in ottime condizioni ed è dotato di ascensore moderno.

Points négatifs : Purtroppo il bagno era maleodorante e senza areatore

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, empfehlenswert!

Points positifs : Sehr zentrale Lage 3 Minuten von der Metrostation Saint Michel (M4). Hier kann man sehr viele Ziele sehr gut erreichen. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bei der Kirche Notre Dame. Modernes und sauberes Apartment. Betten bequem. Dusche hat eine ordentliche Größe, WC okay, Fön vorhanden. Sauberer Kühlschrank in normaler Größe. Bäckerei im Nachbarhaus. Sehr große Auswahl an Gaststätten, Kneipen, Bäckereien, Crepes-Ständen, Supermärkten usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Apartment im 2. OG mit Aufzug oder Treppe gut zu erreichen. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Points négatifs : Wir waren mit vier Personen im Apartment. Für einige Tage geht das, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist zu wenig Platz. Wenn es sehr heiß ist, wärmt sich das Apartment sicher stark auf. Die beiden Fenster gehen in den Innenhof. Hier entstehen immer wieder Gerüche der benachbarten Gastronomiebetriebe. 4 Sitzgelegenheiten: zwei Rattansessel und ein ausziehbares Sofa, das Person 3 und 4 als Schlafgelegenheit dient. 1 Rattantisch mit Glasplatte. Den Fernseher konnten wir trotz Beschreibung nicht in Gang setzen, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war.

Points négatifs : Hallways a little dingy. Could use a soap dish in the shower, but the shower itself was very good. Closet space was a little small.
