Points positifs : Very handy to Gare Du Nord station - 400 metres, also close to metro-200 metres Some restaurants , patisserie, boulanger, and groceries within a block or two. The apartment entrance is a wee journey but worth it. The apartment itself is typically Parisian charming with everything one needs for aus, a 3 night stay. Plenty of modern gadgetry and facilitie to comfort one during your stay. Good bathroom , comfy bed and pillows, big TV and great kitchen. The excellent table top Dyson fan worked treat during our very warm stay in Paris . Fairly quiet location , no problems sleeping. Clement (host) instructions were great and there was coffee capsules and a bottle of wine waiting for our stay, nice touch. Enjoyed our stay as I am sure anybody would. Cest bon Merci beaucoup Clement.

Points positifs : The location is great - central enought to have many noteworthy locations reachable on foot (20-30 minutes), yet not too touristy witha a few decent restaurants nearby. Metro is close by as well. Besides that, the facilities are extensive - all the usual plus a washing machine, steam iron, coffee maker, and more.

Excellent value for money, we would recommend to friends and stay again.

Points positifs : Thanks for the wine. Loved the chandelier. Lots of towels.

Points négatifs : We did have to search to find the key safe , in the second light well, but the supplied photo did mean we knew what we were looking for. There were no instructions for the bedroom heater, fortunately we did not need it.

PEQUEÑA JOYA BIEN ATENDIDA Y EQUIPADA.

Points positifs : Nevesitaba estar cerca de Gare du nort y por eso lo elegi. La zona no es lo mas lindo de Paris pero el departamento está muy bien y no está lejos de las zonas turísticas.

Points négatifs : La zona de las estaciones son feas en general. Hay que subir unas escaleras.
