Très calme et bien placé

Points positifs : Très bien placé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'arc de triomphe et du départ de beaucoup de lignes de métro (arrêt Étoile). Très calme car donne sur cour intérieure (rare à Paris de ne pas entendre le bruit des voitures ou des gens dans la rue la nuit). Je recommande. (Lit très confortable, canapé lit plutôt pour des enfants car matelas fin et vraiment moins bien)

Points positifs : Emplacement au top, prés de l’arc de triomphe Quartier super pratique, tout est à proximité.

Points positifs : Logement très fonctionnel, bien agencé, matériaux utilisés de très bonne qualité, côté cours donc très calme, idéalement placé, parking et à proximité

Points positifs : Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, très calme et très bien placé.

Points négatifs : Rien

Séjour très agréable, dans ce logement très qualitatif et extrêmement propre.

Points positifs : La propreté exceptionnelle, la qualité du logement (équipement, literie, déco), le calme de l'immeuble, le dialogue avec le propriétaire, l'emplacement très proche du RER, du métro et du palais des Congrès. Un endroit à retenir!

Points négatifs : Avoir une remarque sur le bruit alors que nous avons fait très attention; mais quand on est 3 personnes et qu'on fait à manger, forcément cela en fait plus qu'une personne seule. Et pourtant nous n'avons vraiment rien fait d'extravagant...

Points positifs : -location was highly suitable, convenient, and offered specific advantages for us (like nearby restaurants, tourist attractions, shops, bus/ metro etc.); the apartment was very nice, fully equipped kitchen designed to cook, dine, and clean without needing to bring your own supplies.

Points négatifs : -I was not used to have a toilet without a sink to wash my hands :-D, but I know it is quite common in France for the WC to be in a separate/ tiny room without a sink (especially in older buildings/ homes, cafes, and smaller establishments).

It was a wonderful stay that made our visit to Paris even more enjoyable.

Points positifs : The apartment is in an excellent location. Everything you might need is nearby — a bakery, shops, restaurants — the neighborhood is really great. The apartment is well equipped and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner was always very friendly and quick to provide any information I needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay in Paris.

Points négatifs : The only minor downside was that there were some renovation works going on nearby, but they weren’t really disturbing and didn’t affect our stay in any way.

Points positifs : Newly renovated and very clean. Great location with everything walkable all for a reasonable price!

Points négatifs : The bathroom and toilet are separate but the bathroom would not have been able to contain. The toilet from a size perspective. The washing machine had an odour if used. Entry way is still under renovation.
