Points positifs : The location of this property is excellent, easy walk to Eiffel Tower and the river as well as metro and ferries. Lots of great bakeries, restaurants/bars within easy walking distance.

Points négatifs : We weren’t in the apartment much so worked alright for us but the living room furniture isn’t particularly comfortable and would be challenging to cook more than a simple meal due to the size of the kitchen. I also had an issue with key collection on arrival, went to one key nest store per the instructions only to receive another email with a different address 5 minutes later which involved another 800m walk. Could be challenging with smaller kids in tow.

Great location, clean, there is room for improvement but I would recommend

Points positifs : The location is amazing. Quiet streets. So it was possible rest after a long day walking

Points négatifs : It could use more furniture to feel more cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very very basic.

Super locatie in een schoon en ruim appartement

Points positifs : De locatie was echt super! De bedden waren heerlijk en het was echt schoon. De kers op de taart was de beschikking over een wasmachine. Het appartement was ruim. De entree was echt een nostalgische, met een oude lift en een heel schattige binnentuin. De dag van onze aankomst werd alles in thema halloween versierd.

Points négatifs : De kussens waren niet heel lekker en het appartement was redelijk gehorig. Ook leek de temperatuur niet heel goed te regelen, het was er altijd warm. (maar goed wij zijn kieskeurig wbt kussens, gehorig hoort ook een beetje bij de stad en beter warm dan te koud!). De instructies over welk appartement het was waren voor ons niet helder, maar er was een aardige buurman die ons op weg hielp.

Points positifs : Nie można się do niczego doczepić, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Warto pamiętać, że w lokalu nie ma klimatyzacji i znajduje się na parterze, więc zostawienie otwartych okien nie wchodzi w grę...ale są to rzeczy których po prostu nie analizowałam wcześniej, więc nie mogę ocenić ich negatywnie :)

Points négatifs : Wifi praktycznie nie dociera do pokoju od strony patio. Proces odbierania kluczy jest mało praktyczny...ale tak chyba wygląda to w większości lokalizacji w Paryżu

Top Lage Nähe Eifelturm und Metro

Points positifs : Das Appartment lag im Erdgeschoss in einer Seitenstrasse. Keine Klimaanlage aber trotzdem sehr kühl und angenehm im Sommer. Bis zur nächsten Metrolinie (Nr. 6) sieben Minuten zu Fuss. Einkaufen für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einrichtung mit Kühlschrank, kleines Cerankochfeld, Geschirr. Möglichkeiten für Frühstück im Restaurant innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Nähe Eiffelturm und Seine war super.

Points négatifs : Im Bad war der Abfluss beim Waschbecken verstopft. Hätte den Reinigungsleuten auffallen müssen.

Lovely location and great neighborhood, but lackluster furnishings

Points positifs : The location was fabulous, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Points négatifs : The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and sparse. the decor was also underwhelming

Would be nice to have an iron for clothes.
