Points positifs : Great location to the tower and the metro. Great facilities that are not shared. Very friendly owner who is happy to take messages.

Points négatifs : The lounge and bedroom and together and do not have an overhead light. There are only standing lamps.

Ok for just a place to rest

Points positifs : Only a few minutes walk to Eiffel tower Bed was comfy

Points négatifs : Bath is very cramped next to washing machine and tumble dryer. Toilet separate from sink which is in the bathroom or kitchen.

Perfect budget stay

Points positifs : We were in Paris for a night and this apartment ticked all the boxes, its central with shops and supermarkets just around the corner. There are a few metro stops nearby so it's easy to get around Paris. The Eiffel Tower is just a 10-15mins walk away and can be seen from outside the apartment block. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There's a washing machine and dryer available. Lift is available. The host was easy to contact and very responsive, and provides a great brochure detailing information you may need. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting Paris for the main attractions, and for.anyone on a budget.

Points négatifs : The bathroom sink was a little high for me but not really something to complain about lol

Exceeded my Expectations

Points positifs : I was a little worried about my decision to book this place after reading a bunch of reviews, but it was great! Getting the keys was much easier than expected. Communication was great. They checked in on us multiple times. Very nice people. They also provided a lot of extras for comfort, like a powerful fan, place to hang clothes, and an umbrella. There is also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location was so cool. The Eiffel Tower is so close. Attaching a photo to this review. This was taken right across the street. Very close to multiple public transportation stops, as well. Great value for the price. I would definitely book here again.

Points négatifs : Don't expect the dryer to dry very well. There is a contraption to hang your clothes on to dry on the patio, which worked great. Being able to wash our clothes after a music festival was wonderful, so we were thankful overall for the option.

Perfect apartment for 3 people

Points positifs : Perfect size for 3 people. So close to the Eiffel Tower and great restaurants. The host was so lovely and very responsive to our questions. Check in and check out was very easy.

Points négatifs : We couldn’t work out the washing machine/laundry so would be great if some more detailed instructions were left.
