Points positifs : Un appartement petit mais compact, suffisant pour deux personnes pendant cinq jours. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine : vaisselle, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, etc. Très bien situé, commerces à proximité et bonnes liaisons de transport. Quartier calme. Excellent retour du gérant. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement.À mon arrivée, j'ai été particulièrement ravie par l'eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, le café et les friandises. C'était inattendu et agréable.

Points négatifs : Il n'y avait pas de poubelle, et le nécessaire de toilette (shampoing et gel douche) pour deux personnes pendant cinq jours était insuffisant. Un peu exigu, mais pour deux, c'était correct.

Points négatifs : Mauvaise insonorisation, mais comme presque tous anciens appartements des grandes villes ! J'ai dû demander les informations sur la restitution des clés le matin de mon départ car rien ne m'avait été indiqué.

Points positifs : Had a kitchen, was enjoyable to walk across Paris from there.

In addition to the essentials, there are thoughtful extras like a hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine, iron, and even a vacuum cleaner, ensuring that all aspects of daily living are covered. The attention to detail in the amenities makes the space feel well-equipped for both short and extended stays. The location adds to the appeal, nestled in a calm and pleasant district with easy access to local amenities, including a charming food market that operates on Saturdays—a great opportunity to pick up fresh produce and local treats. Equally impressive was the host team's excellent service. They were incredibly helpful and highly responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Points négatifs : During my 10-day stay, the lack of a trash can in the studio, aside from a tiny one in the bathroom, made managing waste inconvenient, especially in the main living and kitchen areas. Unfortunately, there were snails inside the studio on a few occasions. While the space itself was cozy and clean, the presence of these pests was unsettling and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Addressing this issue would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.
