Points positifs : Cosy, idéalement situé et financièrement très intéressant. Informations d'accessibilité au top, limpide. Le proprio vous soigne en mettant tout à disposition. Merci pour le gel douche,les capsules de café,...

Points négatifs : Toutefois j'ai un bémol concernant la literie ( matelas confortable que d'un seul côté). Un bémol également concernant l'isolation phonique. 2 tv mais pas de chaîne.... dommage. Prévoyez de caster votre téléphone.

Idéal pour 3/4 nuits

Points positifs : Appartement charmant, plutôt spacieux pour Paris. Quartier vivant avec plein de théâtres autour, notamment le Splendid. Salle de bain grande et agréable. Rez de chaussée sur cour au calme Avec un super Indien en face

Points négatifs : Les fenêtres en simple vitrage donnant sur la cour

Points positifs : - location close to subway (Strasbourg- Saint Denis) and restaurants + bakeries but still quiet - self-check in instructions very clear and allows you to be flexible - kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfast (loved the juicer!) - bedroom has a door (privacy yay!) - friendly and responsive host

Points positifs : Nice location, responsive host, very clear communications. Overall a nice location and comfortable place for our family and friends.

Points négatifs : Had a lot of issues with the Internet, though we are not sure it was the hosts problem, but more a Paris-wide issue.

Points positifs : God beliggenhed. Hyggeligt indrettet. Der var hvad man skulle bruge. Flot toilet. Meget stille i weekenderne.

Points négatifs : Lidt svær indcheckning. Meget småt til 4 mennesker, svært at på plads til bagagen. Visse steder i lejligheden bærer præg af dårligt håndværk. Udluftning på toilet ikke så god. Absurd meget larm mandag morgen, da 2 håndværkere går i gang med rundsaven ude foran vinduet.

The place suited our needs and was easy to get to sites.

Points positifs : The location was great, easy to get to places and the owner was very responsive. It is also across the street from a great Indian restaurant called - Indy.

Points négatifs : The only challenge is that there is very little ventilation. There are only 2 small windows and apt is in interior courtyard. There are 2 fans which worked, but being there during a heat wave made it hard.
