Nice, new, and clean appartement in a good location

Points positifs : The appartement is clean and hygienic, with two bathrooms. It's relatively new with recent kitchen and bathroom appliances. It has the necessary amenities (Nespresso coffee capsules and machine, shower gel and shampoo, water bottles in the fridge, plenty of towels, TV). The apartment is in a good location, close to a metro stop (of 3 lines). It's easy to find the building and the code to enter and get the keys is sent to you on the day of arrival. It's a comfortable place to stay with 3 people.

Points négatifs : The wifi was terribly slow (10 Mbps according to a speedtest). As indicated in many other reviews, the sofa beds creak *a lot*, which is very annoying at night except if you bring ear plugs. At a certain point, we also accidentally set off the bubble bath (without any water in it) and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. A manual for the bubble bath would've been nice :)

Points positifs : Struttura molto curata nei dettagli, in ottima posizione rispetto a diverse attrazioni e ai mezzi. Si trova in un cortile lontano dalla strada quindi molto silenziosa. Spaziosa, accogliente e molto pulita Host disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte

Points positifs : El departamento es muy cómodo y una ubicación excelente. Cerca del metro y de lugares para cenar o tomar tragos

Points négatifs : El único inconveniente que la ducha del baño de abajo salía agua para afuera mojando el piso . Decidimos que todos se bañen en el baño de arriba ya que no había trapo para secar
