Nice apartment in a good location

Points positifs : The property is conveniently located near several metro stations, diverse restaurants, a reputable grocery store (Monoprix), and a bakery. The apartment was exceptionally clean. There was a comprehensive range of kitchenware provided. The host demonstrated great attentiveness by resolving a heating issue in the living room within 30 minutes. Climbing five flights of stairs offered an opportunity for beneficial physical activity.

Home away from home

Points positifs : We were met at the property and given a comprehensive guide. The apartment was clean and quiet therefore excellent for sleeping. Large kitchen with well stocked utensils for cooking. Most of all the decoration made it feel very homely with works of art, books etc. Great location close to two metro stops. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : Yes there are five flights of stairs to contend with but you will be surprised how quickly you adapt and we are both aged in our 60s.

Great central apartment

Points positifs : Really nice apartment, so central and lots of space. Hot shower, well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Very near the metro and shops. A great choice for Paris. The stairs weren’t a problem during our stay.

Bright and comfortable apartment in the troisieme district of Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher washer, hob, and oven, so we were able to cook some great meals. The location is fantastic. It's a 2 minute walk to Rue de Bretagne, which has some lovely food shops. It's also close to 3 Metro stations, so very easy to get across Paris. It was also bright, comfortable and warm, which was important given we were visiting in December.

Points négatifs : It's quite a tough stair climb (5 stories) up to the apartment, but we got used to it (and it kept us fit!)

Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay! The host was super friendly and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better, with excellent transport connections. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, more than what you can usually rent in Paris. Cozy atmosphere, with a lovely balcony. Highly recommend!

Geweldige locatie en vriendelijke communicatie

Points positifs : Locatie ligt dicht bij Rue de Bretagne en andere leuke straten vol gezelligheid met cafés en winkels. Communicatie met eigenaar/beheerder is uitstekend, heel vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar

Points négatifs : Ik denk dat er in het verleden in huis is gerookt. Dat ruik je nog . Het appartement is op de 5e verdieping. De trappen zijn wel pittig

Nice stay for exploring Paris.

Points positifs : The appartment is nice, big and clean, the owner was very friendly and somehow we managed to understand each other since I do not speak french and he does not speak english :)) It is close to Place de la Republique and it has 3 different metro stations very close by so transportation throughout Paris is not a problem.

Points négatifs : The only thing I can comment on, which is not really an issue (as other travelers stated) is that the appartment is on 5th floor, with no elevator. Which wouldn't normally be a problem, but is a bit of disconfort after you walked 10 km/day through Paris :)). But, again, we knew about this and we were ok with it. Also, I, personally find it a bit expensive, but every accomodation that I found in Paris was expensive, so...
