Points positifs : Studio très bien localisé, bien aménagé, propre, calme et confortable !

Séjour agréable.

Points positifs : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement et la facilité d’accès du logement ainsi que son ambiance. Egalement la proximité de commerces et du métro. L’ambiance du quartier.

Points négatifs : La literie n’était pas très confortable.Manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine et quelques consommables tels que huile,vinaigre, sel. IL n’y avait qu’un seul sac poubelle pour plusieurs jours.

Good Location and Easy Check-in, but Some Drawbacks

Points positifs : On the positive side, the location was great, the self check-in was easy and convenient, and the apartment was modernly furnished with a small kitchenette.

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the ground floor, with the main entrance right next to the window, so you can hear people coming and going and can’t really sleep with the window open. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle, so when two people sleep in the bed, you tend to roll towards the center.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with minor shortcomings.

Points positifs : The stay was very good. The apartment fully matches the description — it is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s clear that the host takes care to create a pleasant environment.

Points négatifs : The morning was slightly disappointing as there was no possibility to have tea — there was no kettle and not even basic sugar available. These are small details, but they really make a difference in overall comfort and guest experience.

close to Le Marais hotspots, yet quiet and private stay

Points positifs : Excellent location for those who want to be close to the liveliest spots of Le Marais, while still having a quiet corner to themselves. The interior is tasteful and pleasant - I would also recommend keeping the bathroom in line with the overall style of the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The instructions for accessing the apartment were absolutely clear and easy to follow - thank you for that! It was also very convenient that key collection wasn’t complicated by having to go to another address. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Nice small studio for a couple.

Points positifs : We needed a place to stay on the same day we booked. The studio was available - the owners were very accommodating to our requests. The studio was exactly as it is described - small but very well laid out. It was also very well kept.
