Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions grâce à cet hébergement.

Points positifs : L’emplacement et les commodités étaient très agréables.

Points négatifs : Le seul bémol est la salle de bain qui est extrêmement petite.

Une très jolie découverte.

Points positifs : En plein cœur des Batignolles, cet appartement est vraiment très bien placé. Le Metro est à 3 minutes à pied et le quartier est très agréable avec beaucoup de commerces/restaurants à proximité. Communication avec l'hôte excellente et réactive.

Points négatifs : La salle de bains est un peu petite.

Points positifs : Beautiful place, very clean and in a great location. Clear instructions on arrival, owners checking in post-arrival to make sure everything was good. Beautiful washing machine and some basics already available in the apartment, making the arrival quite easy.

Points négatifs : The bathroom and shower are very small, but that is just a little thing compared to a great overall experience.

Incredible neighborhood with great amenity all around.

Points positifs : For my partner and I, we wanted a place that allowed us to feel at ease. The amenity of this unit was perfect for a week long getaway. With a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, washer and drying rack we were able to find the time to reset throughout the middle of our stay. It’s located in such a fun area with amazing food all around. You’ll find yourself feeling like a local in no time, building out your own routine. We absolutely loved our stay and 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

Points négatifs : As a clumsy person, I wasn’t used to such a small bathroom. By no means is this mean to discredit the property, just something to note for anyone with prospective interest.

Points positifs : En general, la estancia nos ha gustado bastante. Los pros: la facilidad de comunicación y la ubicación del apartamento. Ha estado atento en todo momento si necesitabamos algo. Está muy cerca del metro y es corto el trayecto hasta la zona centro. Es un apartamento para 1-2 personas. La cocina está bien equipada de menaje y puedes comer/cenar sin problemas. Tienes café, aceite y demás para cocinar, así que esto es todo un detalle. Esta en una zona con parques, restaurantes y supermercados. En general, para pocos días está bien.

Points négatifs : Es un apartamento para 1-2 personas. La limpieza es mejorable. Lo peor, sin duda, el baño. La ducha es bastante pequeña y poco accesible, aún más si tienes problemas de movilidad. El lavabo inexistente y la taza del WC está pegada, por lo que has de tener en cuenta que el espacio es reducido. Hay un bar debajo que imposibilita dormir hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Points négatifs : Il bagno è inaccessibile! Manca un lavandino e per entrare nella doccia si rischia di scivolare o sbattere il ginocchio contro il wc.
