Points positifs : L'emplacement exceptionnel et la bonne utilisation de l'espace. C'est tout petit mais il y a tout.

Points négatifs : Il n'était pas indiqué qu'il y avait un escalier en plus des 5 étages desservis par l'ascenseur. Je suis à mobilité réduite et j'ai beaucoup galéré. Je n'aurais pas loué cet appartement si j'avais su cela. A rajouter dans le descriptif.

Experience parisienne dans le 17eme

Points positifs : Super quartier, animé et paisible à la fois, plein de restos/bistros/bars et agréables parcs à côté; métro très facile d'accès; lits très confortables; contact facile avec propriétaires

Points négatifs : Vu la taille, convient mieux à une personne seule qu'à un couple, même si ok pour très court séjour

Points positifs : Installation d'une climatisation, très appréciable cette semaine !!

Points positifs : Pratique, tout est fait pour un confort personnel.

Points positifs : Pas de petit déjeuner compris, mais des bons équipements pour en faire un. Tout était nouveau et de bonne qualité, bon wifi.

Great spot

Points positifs : The flat was tiny, but had everything that we could need, including coffee machine, towels, pots etc. There were two metro lines and two parks near, great fromagerie, cafés and restaurants just on the corner. It was not a touristic, busy spot, I just felt that real people live there. The bed, when prepared for sleeping, took almost all the room, but the mattresses were really comfy.

Points négatifs : I was surprised after booking the offer that we had to clean up after ourselves. I don't mind, but I'd prefer to know that before booking.

Excellent stay, will return

Points positifs : Location was really excellent and the apartment was really self sufficient

Points négatifs : It was 30 degrees outside and without a fan or air conditioner, the room got very hot and uncomfortable, since it is top floor. Opening the windows throughout the night was the only solution, but then the noise from below cafes and pubs will keep you awake.

Great location

Points positifs : The place is small but it had everything that I needed during my stay in Paris. It had a complete kitchen, so I could easily heat my food and cook light meals when I wanted to. The location is great. There were bus and metro stations that are a short walk away. So it’s easy to go to the city center and around main attractions in Paris. The neighborhood it was located in was also really good. The studio is at the top floor, but there’s a lift in the building. You just need to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the studio.

Points positifs : Todo nuevo y hermoso para dos personas, un poco alejado del centro pero con todo lo necesario para la estadía

Points négatifs : Todo esta como lo dice en la descripción, en perfecto estado, pero si suele ser un poco chico.
