Points négatifs : Il nous manquait des dosettes pour la machine à café, il y en avait qu’une seule, et une fenêtre qui s’ouvre au rez-de-chaussée pour aérer

Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien équipé. La partie étage avec la chambre et les bureaux est lumineuse et très belle. L'emplacement est parfait pour une visite des principaux sites touristiques de Paris. Bien qu'il donne directement sur une rue piétonne très fréquentée par les touristes, il était très calme la nuit et le matin.
Points négatifs : Du fait de sa localisation en partie en demi sous-sol, le niveau bas est humide. Avec les beaux jours, et une bonne aération le matin et la nuit, cela ne nous a pas gêné.

ORIGINAL ET TRÈS SYMPATHIQUE
Points positifs : L'originalité du logement. Et la prestation qui est au top
Points négatifs : Manque un essuie pied vu qu'il pleuvait. Manque l'explication pour mettre en fonction le lave vaisselle. ( Celui ci était en panne, nous avons pu nous en passer sans problème,)

Overall beyond expectations
Points positifs : Position was perfectly in middle of Montmartre, near metro station and the main square. Place was cozy and nice beyond expectations. Nice toilets and everything was provided. Clean and stylish too. Nice little kitchen. Basically perfect apartment in perfect place of Paris, especially if you want to hang out in Montmartre, super lively at night with pubs and restaurants.
Points négatifs : Just one thing: the door is right in the middle of the Rue Drevet stairs which is cool, but it looks like it's a door of an abandoned place so I guess that's why people walking by tend to leave trash there without minding that someone is inside.

Great location. Eat at Le Coq & Fils!
Points positifs : I absolutely loved the location! Was really close to the love bridge with all the locks on the fence. I actually found the pull out couch bed to be more comfortable. The bed upstairs was pretty hard and the bathroom upstairs doesn't have a shower. Just easier to keep everything on the first floor. Was really close to some shops, an amazing restaurant le coq & fils, and a great bakery!
Points négatifs : There was mold everywhere- not sure if they can really do anything about this but it smelled really musty.

Wonderful experience for first time guest to Paris.
Points positifs : It was in the middle of Montmartre and a close metro to everything. The property was spacious with a washer. It really had everything you could ask for in such an awesome location.
Points négatifs : Nothing. We loved every second of the property.

Beste Lage, tolle Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermietung. Wir sind Fans und kommen wieder.
Points positifs : Super sauber, neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett herrlich bequem und großartige Fenster. Da eine Million Menschen ununterbrochen daran vorbeilaufen, war das sehr wichtig. Die Lage ist einfach großartig.
Points négatifs : Leider riecht es im UG tatsächlich sehr doll nach Keller / Schimmel, was nichts Schlimmes ist, aber eben unangenehm. Aber im OG (Schlafzimmer) war alles bestens.

Sehr erlebnisreicher und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Points positifs : Die Lage der Wohnung, ebenso wie die Aufteilung und Einrichtung waren wunderbar. Es gibt im oberen Teil eine Toilette mit Waschmaschine und im unteren Bereich ein kleines Duschbad. In der Küche ist ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Seife und Duschlotion wurden gestellt.
Points négatifs : Die Toilette im Duschbad ist sehr eng. Das Bett und auch das Schlafsofa quietschen bei jeder Bewegung enorm. Der Eingangsbereich liegt an einer langen Treppe (rue Drevet) und ist mit einem kleinen Gitter abgetrennt. Er ist durch die 100e passierender Touristen täglich immer sehr dreckig. Es werden Flaschen und Essensreste dort hineingeworfen. Durch die bis nachts passierenden Menschen ist es auch in der Wohnung, die im EG etwas dunkler ist, laut. Man kann den unteren Bereich der Wohnung nur über die Eingangstür und über ein winziges Fenster in der Küche lüften.

Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, etwas lauter.
Points positifs : Zentrale Lage und die Größe ist für Paris ganz gut. Die Ausstattung ist modern. Backrohr, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden.
Points négatifs : Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer sehr belebten Stiege hinauf zum 'Sacre Coeur de Montmartre'. Damit ist sie sehr zentral gelegen, aber auch etwas lauter (speziell Früh bis Abend, Nacht ist okay).
