Points positifs : Très bien équipé, confortable, bonne situation. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.. Je recommande!
Points négatifs : Dégâts des eaux dû aux précédents locataires 🙄 L’équipe s’est démené pour remettre le loft en état avant notre arrivée. Bravo et merci pour cela! Malheureusement la pièce du bas était encore fort humide (mais cela était évidemment indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire).

Points positifs : très beau logement à Paris, beaucoup d'espace, bien situé pas loin du métro. Nous avions reçu les code d'accès à l'avance , nous avons donc pu entrer sans problème dans le bâtiment.

Séjour Montmartre
Points positifs : Très bel appartement confortable. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Entrée sécurisée et très bon emplacement.
Points négatifs : Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de verre à pied pour la dégustation de vin.

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un séjour à 12 dans cet appartement. Il est proche d'une station de métro et confortable.Questions/réponses rapides par message de avec le gérant. Il y a 3 salles de douche et deux WC
Points négatifs : Il manquait peut-être 1 WC de plus. Dommage aussi qu'après le check-out à 10, il n'y avait pas un endroit où on aurait pu laisser les valises pour le reste de la journée.

Points positifs : We had a great stay. It's a spacious apartment, and very quiet at night as it's off the road in a courtyard. It was clean, and had everything we needed. It's in a convenient location close to the heart of Montmatre, but far enough away that it's not so busy. The manager was very responsive and friendly.
Points négatifs : Our only tiny comment is the mugs were small and didn't have handles, making it hard to drink coffee and tea.

Points positifs : Good amenities, very good transport links and connections to city centre/ main sights of the city. Good options for food and supermarkets nearby.
Points négatifs : Found some mould/decay in the draws of the largest bathroom.

Points positifs : Great location, easy access and good communication. Comfortable space as described which was well equipped. Airconditioning in the main room and bedrooms helpful, and good number of bathrooms / showers for the number of guests.
Points négatifs : Air conditioning would be ideal in the basement room - it was very hot down there and the fan was too noisy to sleep well at night.

Lovely apartment, perfect stay for a large group
Points positifs : Overall the apartment was great. It was clean and had all the amenities required. It had modern decor and was located centrally with a metro only 5 minutes walk. For a large group this apartment is more than ideal and a good base to access the rest of Paris. Great air con throughout the majority of the apartment. Great communication from the host.
Points négatifs : A few things that could be considered: - There were no curtains/ blinds in the bedrooms making it very bright in the mornings. Although half of the window was frosted glass, there were other apartments that overlooked from above and could see directly in the bedroom therefore it was not very private for getting ready. - The basement slept 4 people and this was not easily accessible, the stairs were extremely steep and required caution when going up or down. The shower room in the basement was good but it would have been more beneficial if there was a toilet, especially for during the night due to the steep stairs. There were also no windows/ air con in this room making it warm and stuffy. - 4pm check-in is late if you are only spending a couple of days however the host did allow us to drop our bags at the apartment before check-in which was a good compromise. - Some extra pillows and towels would be helpful when the maximum amount for guests are staying.
