Comfortable and spacious 2bed / 2bath apartment
Points positifs : A very well-equipped house in a convenient location, very close to Gallerie Lafayette (all major places are within reasonable walking distance) with comfortable sofas (enough for two people) and a cozy/spacious bedroom. Two bathrooms were ideal for our group of four. - Big TV / Nespresso capsules - Close to Metro Station - Close to Supermarket and central market Would highly recommend the apartment to couples and groups of 4!
Points négatifs : As an improvement only, would recommend: - Main house door needs to be renovated or changed to something more modern - Upstairs bathroom could easily have a toilet (so as to facilitate easier 4 people or more) and a glass instead of a curtain (which can easily get dirty and have mold stains. - Before making the booking, we knew that the apartment had a narrow wooden staircase (connecting the living room to the bedroom), which could be a bit dangerous for little kids, however for adults is ok.

Friends visit Paris
Points positifs : Apartment was very clean and in a perfect location in Paris, with grocery shops and restorants nearby:) We found everything what we need in the bathroom and kitchen, communication was also very smooth and they also let us check in earlier then they should! :) Area was central, but there was no outside noise.
Points négatifs : Its only one window, so maybe for somebody it could be a minus. Also you have to pay deposit

Points positifs : 계단이 없다!! 1층 문열면 바로 숙소!! 현지인들이 사는 곳이라 밤에 조용하다!! 오페라가르니에,라파예트 백화점 아주 가깝고 도보로7분 다른 관광지 루브르,오랑주리 도 걸어서 갈만함!! 그리고 수세및주방세제,세탁기,건조기,접시 등 요리해먹을 수있는 기구들이 있어서 좋았고, 따뜻하고, 온수도 콸콸 (1층,2층모두 잘 나온다!!!), 침대도 크고 푹신하고 벌레도없고 깔끔하다 아쉬운 점 - 화장실이 1층에만 있다. 샤워실은 1,2층 2개있음 근데 5명이서 이용해도 생각보다 불편하지 않았다. 계단이 가파르기는 한데 부모님모두 잘 올라갔다 내려갔다 하셨지만 주의해야하기는 해야합니다!! 세탁기,전자레인지,인덕션 한번에 사용금지!!(전기가 나갈수도있음 하지만 두꺼비집 올리면 바로 올라옴!!,세탁기사용할때만 주의하먄 될듯)

Points positifs : 일단 위치가 정말 좋아요! 주변에 역도 많고, 슈퍼, 음식점 다 많아요! 거기에 깔끔하고, 세탁기 건조까지 되고! 적은 용량이지만 속옷이랑 수건, 양말까지는 가능해서 여행 기간 동안 아주 편리하게 사용했어요! 그리고 호스트가 굉장히 친절하고 연락이 잘 됐어요!! 여행 중에도 업무를 봐야 하는데 숙소에서 데이터도 안 터지고 와이파이도 안 터져서 매우 곤란했지만 호스트가 빠른 답변으로 대응해 주셔서 정말 감사했어요!!
Points négatifs : 2층 계단 경사가 심한 건 후기를 통해 알고 있었지만 정말 심해서 캐리어를 들고 올라갈 수는 없어요. 그래서 1층에 짐을 다 펼쳐야 하는데 캐리어 6개를 펼쳐놓고 사용하기는 조금 좁긴 했어요. 화장실도 욕실만 2개인 걸 알고 가긴 했지만 역시 화장실이 2개면 좋긴 했을 것 같아요. 그리고 현관문을 열쇠가 없으면 열고 닫을 수가 없어요. 보통은 잠그고 다니니 큰 상관이 없긴 한데 잠깐 나갔다 올 때에도 꼭 안에서 사람이 열고 닫아줘야 하는 건 좀 불편하긴 했어요.

Parigi in famiglia
Points positifs : Casa in posizione centrale, accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto. Lenzuola ed asciugamani anche per ricambio. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario. Eravamo in 5 e siamo stati veramente bene...consigliata!!
Points négatifs : L'unica pecca la mancanza del wc nel bagno di sopra e le scale x la camera un po troppo ripide

Points positifs : sehr gute Lage, schöne große Wohnung direkt im Erdgeschoss.
Points négatifs : leider gab es einige Ameisen und die Treppen nach oben waren etwas gruselig. Oben gab es leider auch keine Toilette im Bad. Die Schlafsofas unten waren ein bisschen ungemütlich und schwer aufzuklappen

Points positifs : Posizione comodissima, che ha reso possibile raggiungere a piedi mete quali l'Orangerie e l'Arco di TRionfo. L'alloggio si affaccia su un cortile interno per cui è estremamente silenzioso. a due passi metro, ristoranti, pub.
Points négatifs : La scala per accedere alla stanza matrimoniale è molto pendente, scomoda.

Mi piacerebbe sapere il prezzo per un soggiorno più lungo magari un mese e se c’è un costo diverso.
Points positifs : La casa accogliente ma con poca luce essendo piano terra all’interno di un cortile. La porta poco sicura.

Points positifs : Tutto super nuovo e pulitissimo! Assistenza super veloce praticamente h24, massima disponibilità. Pozione TOP, raggiungibile tutte le zone centrai a piedi in pochi minuti
Points négatifs : Scale per salire al piano superiore leggermente strette e ripide per poter portare la valigia su.
