Au calme et au cœur de Paris

Points positifs : L’appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de Paris et proche de plusieurs stations de métro, bien pratique pour gagner tous les quartiers de Paris. Il est assez spacieux, bien équipé et dans une petite cour au calme. La procédure de check-in et de Check-out est très claire. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Points positifs : Excellent location. Efficient checkin and automated communication before the start of the stay. Fast answers from the person managing the apartment too. There was a pack of Nespresso-type capsules available and that was very nice.

Points négatifs : The apartment is inside a courtyard on the ground floor. There is _no_ view on the city, as claimed in the description on Booking.com. This was already mentioned in a previous review and should have been corrected. Points positifs : Great location, intuitive and simple access to appartment, 5min walk tto a metro station, comfortable beds, isolated bedrooms, great space for a family of 3-4, all necessities available, clean.

Points négatifs : Would be good to have option to open windows wider than it was ppssible to allow more fresh air in a hot weather.

Great central location with lots of restaurants etc in the vicinity.

Points négatifs : Some pieces of wardrobe would be useful and we had problems with the wifi. There was no wifi network at all, and the mobile network is very poor as well. They promised to check the wifi but unfortunately this promise arrived only after our leaving. So if you need internet connection in the flat, ask about it before booking, I suggest.

Points négatifs : Abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti, ma non 2 coppie, visto che la struttura aveva un letto anche in salone ci aspettavamo di poterlo usare, invece il letto non aveva le lenzuola. Uno dei due bagni si allarga quando si fa la doccia.
