Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé avec un ascenseur et une tres bonne literie. Nicolas et Cécilia ont été disponibles et réactifs lors de mon arrivée. Métro a proximité. L'immeuble est assez calme. Très bon séjour !

Un séjour très agréable . Dans un quartier que j’adore . De belles énergies dans l’appartement . Je recommande
Points positifs : Un petit nid très douillet et très charmant , avec un mobilier et une déco intéressante . Lumineux , calme et très propre . L’emplacement est plus que parfait , entre le panthéon et Notre Dame . Plein de commerces utile tout autour . L’ascenseur est un plus .
Points négatifs : Absolument rien .

Points positifs : Very comfortable apartment，with lots of convenient facilities. U can cooking here, and there r lots of groceries and a pharmacy nearby. About five mins walking distance to Notre Dame and subways stations. Can take RER from thr airport (14EUR+2EUR ticket). The landlord is very nice. I arrived earlier than the regular check in time in the morning，he tried to arrange the check in.Thanks.

So French apartment 😍😍😍 Thanks for the water on the fridge. It was pleasant to find it after a long day 😉
Points positifs : Location is the main privilege of this apartment. It’s real nice and “really French” neighbourhood. It is very cosy apartment and has everything for a few nights stay. I liked it.
Points négatifs : I think bath could be renovated a little bit. I think you can leave few coffee capsules for the guests . You have a capsule coffee machine but guests need to bring their own capsules. It’s a little bit weird for me. If you don’t want to compliment your guests with coffee so just hide it from everyone. It’s my opinion. A little bit “noisy nights” due to old windows.

Great stay!
Points positifs : The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed. It's walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants, it's close to the river and some cute parks, it's right by a supermarket. It was a comfortable stay and the hosts were super kind and welcomed us when we arrived.
Points négatifs : The shower had excellent water pressure, but the shower head was uncomfortable to handle and when it was on the wall, the water came down at a weird angle. It's possible there was a way to make it work but we couldn't figure it out. Ultimately, anyway, it didn't pose a problem because we were able to shower, it was just uncomfortable. My boyfriend found the toilet bowl a bit small and narrow, but the bright side was it had an attached bidet.

True Parisian Experience
Points positifs : Perfect location near key areas of the city, metro, bus, tram stops. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, leaving us with a taste of what living in Paris might be! There was everything and more available in the property - kitchenware, desk, toiletries, wifi, tv and streaming, towels… 100% recommend to a young couple or a single person. ALSO, you get a stunning view!
Points négatifs : It was a bit hard to store personal belongings around the house due to its size and maximalist interior, but I believe it’s just the disadvantage of any central Parisian apartment.

Points positifs : Розташування. На нашу думку 100% найкращий район для того, щоб зупинитись в Парижі на кілька днів і здійснювати піші прогулянки. Чистота. Наявність всього необхідного. Потрапляння в апартаменти. Зручно спати, хоча трошки незвично залазити на таке високе ліжко.
Points négatifs : Не можна сказати, що не сподобалось, але до цього треба бути готовим - забагато старих речей у такій невеликій квартирі. Знаходження там нагадує подорож у 80-ті, при чому здається, що господар тільки-тільки вийшов по справах і вашої появи тут взагалі не очікував (насправді очікував - бо все дуже чисто).

Points positifs : La dueña vino a darnos las llaves en persona y nos explico como funcionan los códigos, llaves y lectores de paneles. Además contestaba al instante ante cualquier duda y estaba dispuesta a volver en persona si necesitábamos algo. La ubicación es muy buena, varias cosas cerca caminando (5-20 minutos caminando en función del destino). Las camas cómodas y la ducha funciona muy bien.
Points négatifs : Es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. En el ascensor caben 2 personas justos.

Points positifs : Locație excelenta, la 5 minute de Panteon. 2 camere mici dar cochete! Gazda a răspuns prompt la mesaje. Cartierul latin foarte placut! In concluzie, o cazare minunată!
