Idéal comme pied à terre à Paris !
Points positifs : Très propre, fonctionnel, neuf , au calme et à 10 mètres d’une station de métro. Commerces de proximité, brasserie et boulangerie à côté de l’appartement. Je recommande vivement.
Points négatifs : RAS…. Juste le confort du canapé !

Points positifs : Parfait pour un court séjour à Paris à 4, appart fonctionnel, calme, sortie du métro Félix Faure à 10m, champs de mars à 20mn à pied, tout commerce en proximité

Points positifs : Appartement récemment rénové, beau, propre et calme. Boulangerie, supérette, épicerie et métro tout proche. Propriétaire très sympa, check-in et check-out sans complication.
Points négatifs : Il y avait un problème d'évacuation des eaux dans l'immeuble. C'était probablement un problème temporaire qui a été résolu.

Points positifs : The apartment is in an excellent location: restaurants, attractions, shops, metro - everything is so close that you can walk there by foot, but at the same time it is not crowded and quiet at night. Another outstanding point is the hosts, Delphine & Sylvain, who are exceptionally friendly and really willing to help if something goes unplanned. It is worth noting that it is an old building, and some people may not like this, but the apartment itself looks like it has been recently renovated, so everything is fresh and clean.

Points positifs : This cozy apartment is situated in a quiet and very nice zone of Paris. The host is very welcoming and nice and eas available in case we needed anything. All is new and with all the amenities and utensils.
Points négatifs : If you travel more than two people the sofa bed is very unconfortable although there is an additional matress to put above the sofa that makes it better, it still is a bit unconfortable for long stays

Cosy home from home apartment in the 15th.
Points positifs : Great location, very close to the metro. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Sylvain met us on arrival and was very helpful during our stay. The 15th arrondissement is a residential neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants and easy to get to all the major sites.
Points négatifs : Nothing. The apartment has been recently renovated. The common areas of the building have not though so ignore that when you arrive!

Points positifs : L’appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Eravamo in quattro (due adulti e due ragazzi) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima: la stazione della metro si trova proprio sotto l’edificio e permette di raggiungere la Tour Eiffel in circa 10 minuti. Nei dintorni non manca nulla: sotto casa c’è una piacevole boulangerie ideale per la colazione e, a pochi minuti a piedi, supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo. Il quartiere è tranquillo, silenzioso e molto sicuro, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, consentendoci anche il check-in anticipato. Come piccolo suggerimento, il materasso del divano letto potrebbe essere leggermente migliorato, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole a Parigi.

Points positifs : Очень гостеприимный хозяин, встретил нас аж в 23:00. Супер удобная локация - метро прямо под окном, можно пешком прогуляться до Эйфелевой башни. В апартаментах есть всё - тостер, чайник, кофеварка, посудомойка, телевизор и даже стиральная машина, которой мы даже успели воспользоваться. Приятно в хорошую погоду попить кофе на террасе. Рядом с апартаментами есть супермаркеты, пекарни и рестораны. Недалеко есть подземный паркинг, где мы смогли оставить автомобиль на неделю за 130€. Чувствовали себя как дома.
