Points positifs : Appartement joliment décoré, propre et confortable.
Points négatifs : L'appartement, situé au rdc, est totalement borgne, caché derrière une ancienne vitrine en verre opaque d'une ancienne cellule commerciale! A ce prix, je m'attendais vraiment à un autre standing!

Irréprochable, je recommande volontier
Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, tranquille et sympa, idéalement placé. Tout était irréprochable dans ce magnifique appartement (propreté, grand espace, moderne, literie très confortable, fonctionnel ...). Nous avons manqué de rien. On peut loger à 6 sans problème .

Points positifs : Apartment is very nice, big and clean. Located near Eiffel tower so it was very easy to go anywhere in the city. We had very nice and comfortable stay Deposit was fully returned in several days after we checked out
Points négatifs : There is a deposit that i didnt see at first It was a bit hard to understand which door is the apartment

Our stay wasn’t fantastic couldn’t knock anything amazing host and facilities super good location aswell.
Points positifs : Lovely decor location and facilities. A gift on arrival everything was well explained and communicated. There was dryers straighteners which was life saving. WiFi was great and all televisions were connected also. Iron aswell as all kitchen utensils.
Points négatifs : There were a few plastic covered areas in the bathrooms and deposit wasn’t sent through upon checkout I am still waiting.

Points positifs : It is very close to the eiffel tour, in a very nice area. They were waiting for us with a bottle of wine and sweets on the table. It was clean and it has many rooms for a big fammily.

We had a great stay at Duke Housing and would recommend it.
Points positifs : Great location, clean, comfortable and good communication.
Points négatifs : Can’t lock internally without a key, which means key can’t be left in the lock box for others in the group to use.

It was just what we needed on our last few days in France to relax and unwind.
Points positifs : The location was very close to the Eiffel Tower and the boat tours of the Seine. The owner was very responsive to our needs and questions. She was so generous to accommodate two more guests at the last minute.
Points négatifs : Everything was satisfactory and perfect for our stay.

Nice neighborhood and easy walk to the Eiffel Tower
Points positifs : Great neighborhood and the location was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, metro, good restaurants, etc. Bedrooms are private, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the community area where we had plenty of seating and a kitchenette (fridge, water kettle, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker).
Points négatifs : The apartment stated 3 bathrooms but this is not the same as it is in the USA. For those who care, 1st bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet 2nd “bathroom” has a shower, two sinks - NO toilet. 3rd “bathroom” is only a toilet

15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Some nice places to eat very close by. Easy for Uber to drop off.
Points positifs : Location 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and it is a very new, very clean, and huge space. Safe and secure. Very polite and respectful people in the area. They helped us with where to take out the garbage. Enjoyed the welcoming gift of wine, candies and cookies. Excellent water pressure in the showers and nice towels and linens. Bed super comfortable.
Points négatifs : Challenging to use air conditioning/heater in each room. I even tried to google and download the manual. It worked but then it didn’t. It is on the ground floor so you can sometimes hear people walking outside or coming in and out of the building. But super easy to get into your unit because no stairs or elevator needed.
