Séjour très agréable

Points positifs : Emplacement top , avec des stations de métro et bus au choix tout autour Calme Propreté impeccable Studio vaste , disposant de nombreux placards ,aménagement moderne et fonctionnel , neuf

Points négatifs : Deux désagréments :-Problème de chasse d’eau : 12 minutes pour remplir le réservoir -On aurait aimé avoir un mode d’emploi de la TV : à part BFM en direct , absence de chaînes en direct , mais beaucoup de chaînes inconnues ou thématiques ( inconnues !) Ces soucis n’ont pas gâché l’ensemble cependant

Points positifs : Magnifique appartement, tres bien équipé, machine a laver, machine a café, capsule a café et lessive présente également. Appartement lumineux spacieux et très propre. Salle de bain agréable et fonctionnelle. Le lit était très confortable, hôte accessible et très gentille. Je recommande

Points négatifs : Il y a une caméra sur la porte, je ne sais pas si l’hôte y a accès ou si la caméra enregistre mais je trouve cela dérangeant et je pense que cela devrait être spécifié avant la réservation À part cela rien à redire

Good, spacious property that was newly renovated, but lacked some charm and additional items.

Points positifs : The apartment was quite spacious and had plenty of storage space.

Points négatifs : There were not many furnishings and additional items, for example a bread knife was missing and there were no small lights, just the main bright light. There was only one towel per person. The bed was very hard and the windows did not cut out traffic noise.

Points positifs : The cleanliness, location, and amenities of the apartment were excellent. Cleanliness – The apartment was spotless, with fresh linens, well-maintained furniture, and a tidy bathroom. It was clear that attention was given to hygiene and upkeep. Location – Ideally situated, the apartment provided easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring Paris. Amenities – The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy furnishings. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, offering both comfort and convenience!

Points négatifs : Although the apartment had many great aspects, there were a few drawbacks. 1. The sofa in the living room – It would have been better if it were extendable, as this would have provided extra comfort and functionality. 2. The windows – The double-glazed windows did not fully block out the noise from outside, which could be a bit disturbing, especially at night. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still pleasant, thanks to the cleanliness, location, and amenities of the apartment.
